Intro- I have this in the shade Video Vixen. I use it paired with Berry Naughty lip cheat lip liner. This does bleed if used on its own and looks a bit messy so i suggest a burgundy lipliner.
Color- its a deep berry wine and reminds me of a glazed red candy apple. It isnt too dark where it looks super vampy or black but it isnt a bright red where it makes me look like ronald mcdonald. Its super sexy glossy burgundy. It literally reminds me of Christmas time. I feel this would be perfect for the holidays
Wear and tear- wears well and fades gracefully. It is not a liquid lip so its not bulletproof. I touch up after eating and drinking but it isnt annoying because its not drying i do prep my lips with some lip balm first. It is not sticky like Mac Lipglass but it feels like the product hugs the lips. It isnt goopey or heavy but i can def feel it. This smells like cologne and i dont taste anything. The smell is a bit strong and does linger. Spme say they hate the scent but i dont mind it too much.
Edit. after using this for a couple of times i find the smell to be too overpowering and it doesnt go away. its quite strong and it doesnt taste good either. the formula tend to stick to my front teeth and bleeds without lipliner. it is a beautiful shine and looks really nics but the cons outweight the pros so i am not repurchasing. i much prefer KISSING formula in Night Crimson for the same vampy glossy effect.

I love this lipgloss! It is a really nice nude peachy color that suits my NC25 skintone. It doesn’t feel sticky on my lips, which is something that most lipglosses do. It does not dry out either. I do think it is a littly overpriced, but hey, I will get over it.

Let me preface my review by mentioning that I absolutely adore Charlotte Tilbury and own her entire collection and know that she has excellent products with amazing quality ….. I purchased her new Icon palette and new lipgloss and was so excited today to receive her new limited edition Latex Love Long-Lasting Lip Gloss in Belle du Soir. Unfortunately I believe that I have had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. The color is a pretty warm peach-pink and went on nicely (this is my first latex type lipgloss purchase ever,) however right away I smelled a medicinal peppery scent and within seconds of applying this product, my lips felt tingly and then a slight burn?????? I immediately removed the lipgloss and washed my lips but my lips were really swollen and felt odd (you know that pins and needle feeling you get when your foot falls asleep????) yep that feeling but on my lips …… I am guessing that I possibly had a reaction to one of the ingredients. I truly do not know how to rate this product as the lipgloss is everything as described/advertised by Charlotte Tilbury …. pretty lush color, pigmented, glossy, etc. and normally I would be gushing over this lipgloss, however, since I am possibly allergic or having some type of reaction to one of the ingredients, then that is my issue as I do not know if the problem I had was due to my sensitivities or an issue with the product. I give the product a 5 as it does deserve that based on color, and pigmentation (and don’t want an unknown allergic reaction which is my own issue to cloud a rating,) but I am writing about my experience so if anyone else has a similar reaction, you know you are not alone and if anyone else has a similar reaction, then maybe we can figure out what we are sensitive to? Disappointed. In the meantime, my mother is a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury’s lipsticks and am going to have her try this lipgloss out to see if she has a similar issue as I did. To be fair, I have read many reviews on this product and have yet to encounter anyone having a reaction as I did, which is why I believe that this issue is all me. 3/9/2019 ETA: I did try this once again the other day to be fair …. I did not have the bad reaction I initially had, however, there was still some irritation which still makes this a no-go for me.
