First I want to say that the packaging this product comes in is ridiculous. I had the hardest time trying to figure out how to open it. Once I discovered that the bottom cap comes off I got to try out the lip glosses. What I do like is both of the colors. One side is a light peachy shade with shimmer and the other is a berry rose/gold shade. I especially like the darker color, its perfect for my light/medium, cool complexion. This lip gloss is not sticky at all. It also wears for several hours. All in all I am happy with the product but I doubt that I would buy it again due to the strange packaging.

This lip-gloss is so bulky! I’m not sure how L’Oreal intended these to be used because the dual applicator is rather gimmicky and the colour combination is horrible. The first colour is a light shimmery peach, the second a shimmery pink. When combined it looks horrible on my lips but separately, not so bad. But, that’s my problem with this gloss. If I wanted to just squirt out a colour from one side, it’s seemingly impossible because I end up applying too much pressure and the gloss from the other colour is also squirted which adds to wasting product. Despite packaging problems, the gloss is rather pretty on my skin-tone and although they apply sheer, it leaves a subtle tint. The shimmer isn’t gritty and doesn’t feel too sticky on my lips.

Fabulous natural color and at my age of 40, a lot of glitter isn’t becoming, and this adds just the right amount. Dirt cheap because I found it unopened at Goodwill for 99 cents. I would never pay $10 plus for this due to the stupid packaging and dispensing….however, if it ever showed up for a few bucks or less again, I would definitely buy for the color.
As far as the 4 lippie…all 4 were for color, the “fancy” asinine packaging get’s nothing yet takes away one lippie….how stupid was the Sunday engineer that designed this one? It’s awkward and cumbersome. Must apply with finger….send this one back for tubing redesign and you’ve got yourself a winner!

I got this on clearance at Walgreens for $2. The darker color is a red which is very flattering on light skin tones. The applicator is messy so I squeeze some out of the color I want and apply with my finger. Then I need to find a tissue or napkin because my finger is sticky! It doesn;t last too long. It doesn”t bleed into the fine lines on my upper lip. Not too sparkly for my tastes.

PROS: This color (when mixed together) was a bit too natural…pretty much just toned down my natural color in my lips and added a gloss.
CONS: Quite sticky (but that makes it last a bit longer.)

I bought this about a month ago. I won’t be repurchasing because I’m convinced that the packaging was designed by my husband as a cruel psychological joke so that I’ll never pay $12.00 for drugstore lip gloss again. Yes, the packaging is really that bad.
The colors are gorgeous. I love both of them. The nude color looks great during the day, and the more cherry-colored one is great for the night, so they get kudos for being a versatile product for any time of the day. It’s also convenient to throw into your handbag.
Too bad putting it on isn’t equally convenient. The packaging makes it tough to squeeze anything out once you get about half-way through one of the colors. I took the liberty of breaking off some of the annoying black plastic stuff around the tubes that make it a little easier to get at the nude color, now, but it’s still clumsy to use. What stinks even more is that it doesn’t last very long, so you’re constantly battling with it.
Overall? Nice colors with a nice shine, but doesn’t last and the packaging is from the seventh layer of hell. For $12.00+? Don’t waste your money.

This gloss is a gorgeous color. The paler side is like a pinkish nude with gold shimmer. The darker side is a rosey bronze with golden shimmer. On my pigmented pink lips, it looks sort of like a plummy nude/ bronze. It’s very sheer and non-sticky, but that unfortunately makes it not last very long.
On the other hand… It has the dumbest packaging I think I’ve ever seen. The first time I tried to open it, I pulled off the entire top instead of the lid. I thought I broke it, but after some fiddling, I was able to get the top back on and open it properly. It’s awkward to hold and to apply. For the life of me, I cannot understand why they couldn’t just make a regular, dual-ended gloss. I’d give it negative 5 lippies for the package if I could!
Although I like the product itself, I will not repurchase if they don’t change the packaging!

There were only a few of these Color Pressos hanging on the hooks at Walgreens, so I quickly grabbed “Chic”, which was the only one that somewhat appealed to me. The lady working at the Cosmetics Counter told me that these glosses were going fast (along with the new HIP Kohl Liners). Taking her word for it, I chose to ignore the $12.99 price tag, since I was getting another product for free anyway due to the BOGOF sale that week. [EDIT:I had to change the rest of this review because I realized that I’m starting to really love this gloss.] Color Presso’s portability makes it the perfect gloss for stuffing into your purse right before you walk out the door. My lips are naturally pale so I always need to carry a lip product with me and reapply often. To use this, just pull off the cap and squeeze the side with the shade that you want. The lighter shade works as a basic everyday gloss when you just want a light dose of tinted shimmer and shine. The darker shade is good for a bolder nighttime look, but I can imagine it as a daytime lipcolor too. Combine both of them for a dramatic effect. I love how this gloss feels so smooth and smells sweet, like caramel and toffee. It contains fine shimmers, so your lips will be glossy (in a sexy, sophisticated kind of way) instead of drenched with glittery particles. Even though Color Presso is outrageously expensive for the amount you get, I feel that it brings together all the best qualities of a good lipgloss. Here’s a concise description of why I LIKE it: This product is easy to apply, not heavy on the lips, non-sticky, scented with a caramel fragrance, small enough to fit into a purse/pocket, separated into a day and night shade, shimmery and glossy, comparable to department store glosses, unique with its packaging, considered a “luxe” drugstore product with it’s high price tag. Why I DON’T LIKE it: I wish it would last longer, be cheaper (or at least go on sale more often), and had less plastic wrapping around the two tubes. I know it will be difficult to get to the bottom half of the product.
