I brought this in Jammin’ Jelly it nice it does not run. to take but it does stay and it hydrates the lips. so for a buck i will be buying some more still wont replace my HG Maybelline New York Shine Sensational Lip Gloss, since that has been discontinued.
update: this really does have staying power. I did a oil change and changed out my battery to put a new one in (hey my dad a mechanic and he never had any boys just us three girls so yea i picked up a thing or two lol) it 99 degress out here and after all the sweating as i was wiping my face i look in my rear mirror and i was like OMG the lipgloss did not budge or melt off. so yea it a keeper.

Super glossy. Super cheap – just $2 (CAD). On the sticky side, but this aids in the staying power, which in my opinion, is a lot better than a lot of the pricier lip glosses that I’ve tried. The colour is pink, but quite sheer and simple. That’s why I like it. It’s what I’ve been turning to lately. It’s in a cute little squeeze tube packaging with a slanted, felt-tip applicator. No negatives for this product. I especially love that ‘L.A. Colors’ is a cruelty-free brand. I’ll continue to re-purchase. : )

What a great product for such a low price! When I first saw the tube, I thought the color would show up a bit more…it is coral/apricot in the tube. However, it shows up very sheer yet manages to be a “my lip but better” with just a hint of color. No shimmer in this which I love. I also like that it is fairly sticky because it surprisingly has good staying power; and like another reviewer said, it’s not the kind of sticky that makes strings. It does have a smell *just* like jelly beans, hence the name. At first I was apprehensive about that because I hate jelly beans, but the smell goes away once you put it on. The applicator is a foam doe-foot point and you squeeze instead of dipping. I personally like the doe foot applicators as they are easier to apply without a mirror. It does feel very moisturizing and I love the staying power. I would buy again, absolutely.

When I first got it I was expecting more color for such a bright lipgloss, and after a while it leaves a sort of ‘film’ on your lips that makes it feel ‘rubbery’ (for lack of a better word). other than that I like it, it’s very sheer, lasts a while, and is very glossy. The only reason I wouldn’t buy it again is because I’m not a big fan of the ‘rubbery’ feeling, I might get the clear one though, just to see how it feels.

I had seen reviews for Wet’n’Wild lip gloss in the squeeze tubes being virtually identical to MAC Lipglass, so when my grocery store started carrying a whole shelf of these L.A. Colors lip glosses at a similar price point ($1) I picked up a couple to try them, the clear and Jelly Bean.
I really like Jelly Bean! It’s a very translucent sort of almost watermelon pink? But slightly more fleshy. No shimmer or glitter in this one. More pink than most “nude” glosses but not berry-pink, it’s a perfect shiny MLBB shade that doesn’t change the color of my lips *or* wash it out.
The texture is moderately thick, stickier than most other glosses I’ve tried, but very smooth and not gooey or prone to those disgusting threads between your lips. It has excellent staying power.even with a lot of rubbing my lips together.
The scent is a faint candylike smell, not obnoxiously strong, and I think it wore off pretty fast.
The tube has a weird felt-tip applicator, like someone crossed a doe-foot applicator with the more typical plastic slant-tip with a hole. There’s no way I’m rubbing that across my lips, who knows how gross it’s going to look after a couple weeks. I apply the gloss with my fingertip or a brush.
On the whole, this is really great for the money. At the same price as those tiny Sally Girl glosses, it has about 3 times as much product (and a much better texture than the Sally Girl squeezy tubes).
