Pros:
– good nude colour for NC25
– more of a liquid lip color than a lip gloss
– good for inside where the sparkles don’t show
– lips look moisturized, not goopy
Cons:
– extremely sparkles
– extremely sticky (painful to pull your hair off when it sticks to your lips)
(1=bad, 2=disappointing, 3=good but may find comparable others, 4=good but not holy grail, 5=one of the best or possibly irreplaceable)

I bought this because I came across it on amazon. I got the 5 pack, so I got 10 glosses total. Honestly, this is one of the worst lip glosses I’ve ever used. I’m very disappointed since I usually like clinique. I love their chubby stick balms and I have no idea why I didn’t just stick to that.
Cons:
1. Sticky. SO SO STICKY! I live in Chicago so my hair always ends up being stuck on my lips. I absolutely hate it.
2. Uncomfortable to wear. It usually ends up as a line and it’s just uncomfortable to wear. It feels like a plastic film over my lips and my fiance hates kissing me when I have it on. That’s a bummer.
3. Colors don’t really show up well and the lasting power is mediocre at best.
4. Too expensive for such a product. I gladly pay extra for the chubby stick balm since it’s a superior product.
Pros:
1. I can’t really think of any right now…I will not be purchasing again.

This is a sheer color that has some shimmer. It is nudish with a little bit of soft medium pink. Pretty, but extremely sticky and I don’t like sticky lipgloss. It is thick like peanut butter but stickier. I thought I would be able to get past that when I bought it but guess not.

Beautiful colour though a bit sticky. MLBB, looks good by itself or layered over a nude lipstick. I didn’t experience any tingling or plumping though. But because the colour is so gorgeous, I would but it again.

Having gotten this for free in a GWP, I cannot complain too much. For the first few months, it did tingle and therefore plumped lips a bit. After that, it worked only as a gloss, without any plumping benefit.
The colour, smell and appearance are all nice. It has a doe-foot applicator on a stick. This gloss looks good on its own or lightly overtop of a lipstick that is similar in shade.
My only complaint is that It is far too sticky. Because of this, it cannot be worn if one plans to eat….or has long hair and plans to go outside on a day with a light breeze. For those wanting a less sticky gloss from the Clinique brand, I’ve had better luck with their Superbalm Moisturizing gloss.

I just wrote a review for another Clinique gloss (thumbs down) and I think it’s only fair to counter that negative review with a positive one about this gloss. The plump and shine (received with a GWP) is the best gloss I’ve used (though I don’t always use gloss) and I think I’d actually pay full money for it when it wears out (though only with another GWP, which is pretty much the only time I buy Clinique products). I’d probably also get a different color, though this one does the job nicely in an innocuous kind of way. The packaging is just an old-fashioned sponge-type applicator – way better than some of the new-fangled brushes.

I LOVE this formula and the color. It makes my lips appear fuller, it is long lasting, and has good coverage. Very shiny and not terribly sticky. I’m very pleased and will be trying other colors.

I loooove this! It lasts on my lips for a very long time and it really does plump my lips. It’s not sticky either. My only complaint is the shade but that is my own fault for picking out this color. However, I really do like this shade on other people. My HG lipgloss!

i love this color and the glossy shine. but i think the product goes too sticky on my lips

I got this as a GWP and didn’t expect much since I’ve had a hard time finding Clinique lip colors that work with my very pale skintone. I was pleasantly surprised by this gloss. The color is a nice everyday neutral medium pink-plum-brown, and absolutely love the shine this gives me. This does contain (according to the Clinique website) golden shimmer, which concerned me because I’m not a fan of shimmer and, having cool-toned skin, gold doesn’t work well on me, but the shimmer is minimal — I can see it in the tube, but not on my lips. This does make my lips look a tiny bit plumper, but I would say look elsewhere if you are really seeking plumping effects from a gloss. (I don’t feel any tingling with this gloss, BTW.) What I love is the glossy shine and the MLBB color. It also feels good on my lips, although as others have said, it is quite heavy and fairly sticky (though not nearly as bad as some glosses in the sticky department).
