I have this in Opal and it’s a beautiful natural looking color. Shimmery, peachy pink. I LOVE how it looks on my lips. It feels nourishing and looks glossy. But, it smells like playdough. I love that Pacifica is “natural” and vegan, but this is pretty rank to be right under my nose. Fortunately the smell isn’t very noticeable after a few minutes. It has a bit of a funky taste if it gets in your mouth.. Again kind of like playdough. My tube is new and smells like the tester in the store. I smelled a few testers and bought this anyway even though I didn’t like the smell. I’m not sure if I would buy this again. If I could find this color/finish in a different brand with a less offensive odor, I’d go for that.
Edit- I’ve returned this. The playdough odor and taste became too much. When I started wiping this off five minutes after putting it on, it was no longer worth keeping in my collection.

Recently purchased this lip gloss in the shade “nudist”. I love the colour and have worn it out to an event where I didn’t want to have to worry about wearing and touching up lipstick. It was perfect and gave me a plump, glossy, nude lip and was super easy to touch up on the go. The thing I love most about this lip gloss is that it is so moisturizing! Doubles as a lip balm, but looks nicer. It’s great for winter because my lips are generally too chapped to wear lipstick and this hides my chapped lips and heals them at the same time. I have the Devocean lipstick in tenderness and the nudist shade gloss (you could use opal as well) pairs perfectly with it to make my lips look more plump. I am super happy with it and like that it doesn’t have all the nasty ingredients other lip products contain. Also can’t beat that it is vegan and cruelty-free. I will be buying more shades!

Review is for Nudist.
This is hands down my favorite lip gloss. It’s the perfect nude color for my complexion. I don’t need liner, I can just swipe it on and go. The formula is not sticky or tacky, it’s hard to describe but it feels so good on the lips. It lasts me about 3 hours before I need a touch-up. I got it on clearance a few months ago from Drugstore.com. It was $3 so I bought 3….I wish I had cleaned them out as it is now discontinued. Beautiful nude gloss with a hint of shimmer. This is my go-to gloss!

I have this in the color Opal, which is a shimmery sandy-peach color that applies like a sheer wash of color with a hint of shimmer and shine. . Pacifica is one of my favorite natural product brands. I like the packaging, the ingredients and the quality of the products. I have been trying to switch to lip products that do not use FD& C dye colors or carmine. I like that this is vegan and cruelty free. This lip gloss is not super tacky but it does have some grip to stay on the lips. Lasts 2-3 hours, which is a long time for a lip gloss to last on me. This does not dry out my lips.

So I was looking for a good lip gloss that wasn’t sticky, not too pricey, long lasting, and cruelty free. I picked this up at my local Sprouts on sale. I am glad I did. I have never had a lip gloss that was actually moisturizing. This stuff definitely doubles as a moisturizer. It doesn’t last as long as i would like it to, but that is ok, because it performs well in other areas. I love that it is no sticky. I don’t have to worry about my hair getting stuck on my lips nor do I have to worry about my lips feeling gross. It has an interesting smell that reminds me of something that I haven’t yet figured out. It is a pleasant smell so I am not complaining. I got the color Pink Coral and it is quite sheer. It makes a great day lipgloss. I will definitely be buying more, and in different colors.

Bought two of these bad boys over the weekend. One on Friday, and because I loved it so much, I went and purchased another shade.
These glosses are amazing. They’re lightweight, smooth, and thick enough to not feather, but not so thick that they cement your mouth shut. They are absolutely THE PERFECT texture! The moisturizing properties of these glosses are almost unparalleled. My lips are smooth, hydrated, plump, and comfortable.
I have two colors – Beach Kiss and Ravish. Beach Kiss is a sheer pale pink with silvery shimmer throughout. I do have to wear a stain under this to keep it from washing me out, but once I do, BAM – delicious Summer lips! Ravish appears deep berry in the tube with iridescent gold shimmer, but it’s sheer on the lips, providing them with a light tint that brightens the complexion without looking “done up”.
The scent is sweet, but not cloying, and there’s a slightly sweet flavor that’s not obvious unless you are really looking for it. I rather enjoy it, but then again, I enjoy sweet glosses and balms.
Packaging-wise, these knock it out of the park. There’s a gorgeous Mehndi design in white on the (presumably) glass tube, and the white cap continues that design in gold. Absolutely stunning. I do like that the doe-foot applicator doesn’t come out smothered in gloss. It makes for neater and more controlled application, allowing me to layer on exactly how much I want. It also means less product will get stuck on top of the stopper, so it won’t leak out and smear gloss everywhere.
I got these at Target for about $11 each, which is a darn good price for such a terrific gloss. Once Target restocks the other colors, I’ll grab those too.
It should be noted that Pacifica is a natural, vegan, cruelty-free company. Win win win. The fact that they can make such outstanding products and still maintain such a great ethic makes me very, VERY happy. There are too many overpriced cosmetics companies that put unpronounceable, unsafe products in their products, and still feel the need to test on animals even though it’s been proven unnecessary. So yeah, Pacifica – I applaud you. Amazing company with amazing products.
