A slippery, greasy mess with very little pigment. A huge disappointment from L’Oreal. And certainly not worth 8.99.
Avoid this.

The colour is definitely misleading, as the gloss is much less pigmented than it appears once it’s actually on the lips. But I prefer a nude pink to a really bright pink anyway, so this stuff is great for me! It leaves your lips looking glossy and beautiful without feeling sticky, and there’s no scent or flavour so it feels quite natural. The product glides onto the lips really smoothly and flawlessly, especially when applied over a lip balm (I use the EOS balm in Strawberry Sorbet). The packaging is cute and the rectangular shape makes it easy to find by touch in your purse or bag. The wand’s bent tip, however, threw me off when I first purchased the product. I thought I had a broken wand, until I looked it up and realized it’s SUPPOSED to look like that! I quite appreciate the tip now, as it feels more natural and less awkward to apply. Overall, I really love this product and would buy it again (but maybe in a colour with more pigmentation).

The color in the packaging is very misleading; I thought this gloss would be a lot more pigmented than it was. However, I actually really like this product. It has a nice, smooth feel and isn’t sticky at all (the lack of sticky-ness affects wear time however). It makes your lips look uber glossy and full, and I quite like the subtle shimmer it gives. Its also unscented which is rather difficult to find in most lip glosses.
*UPDATE* After a few months, this does start to smell. Its sort of a plastic-y smell thats kinda gross.

PROS: Nice feel. Not too sticky. Beautiful color. Somewhat inexpensive.
CONS: Is more sheer/less pigmented than it appears in the container.
ALTERNATES: I prefer Revlon’s Super Lustrous glosses.
******There is a review for this with the incorrect spelling in it of “Color” instead of “Colour.”******

Gorgeous color in the tube makes this very misleading. As everyone else has mentioned absolutely no color pay off whatsoever. Unfortunate because the consistency is great, high shine, no smell or taste to go along with no color!
Pass it up, no matter what price.

I received this in a swap so the product may have changed some since it was purchased… it has a slightly plastic-y no plastic smell. The color (Soft Coral) is incredibly sheer, with some microglitter/shimmer. (With a name like Colour Riche, shouldn’t it have more pigment?) Overall, it’s just a so so gloss. Save your money.

I recently purchased four of these in different shades from Ulta. They had a BOGO sale so each one was a cheap $2.50. Soft Coral has even less color that Soft Pink. I’m disappointed because it looked better in the tube. There’s zero color, just shine. Good texture, non sticky, no funky smell.

This a great color, it goes on sheer and it works on all skin colors. I picked this up by accident, I have tan skin and it gives me nice sheer pink glow, and it feels wonderful on the lips. I was surprised it went on so sheer, so its fine to wear if you have dark skin.

When I saw the color of this gloss in the tube, it was one of those things where it didn’t even cross my mind NOT to buy it. In the tube, it is an absolutely GORGEOUS light pinky-peach with swirls of pink and gold shimmer. In fact, the color is spot-on with MAC Goldenaire pigment. If that appeals to you as well, then my advice would be to find a much cheaper clear gloss and mix some Goldenaire into that. At least that way, you’ll know your gloss would be pigmented. Because Colour Riche Soft Coral certainly is not. When applied to the lips, it’s nothing more than clear gloss with a barely noticeable shimmer. (Maybe if your lips aren’t very pigmented to begin with, you might have slightly more of a peachy pay-off.) Now as for the quality of the gloss itself, it’s wonderful. Not sticky at all, but thick enough to wear a decent amount of time. Great shine. No fragrance or taste. Overpriced, I think, for a d/s gloss, especially considering how small it is. But I know CVS and Walgreens often have BOGOF sales, so they’re definitely worth the price then. So while I was VERY disappointed with this particular color, I’m sure I will be trying more of the Color Riche glosses.

I do have to say that I prefer the Soft Pink in this line far better over this one. The problem with the Coral is that it barely contains any pigment. I tried it on the back of my hand and it was just subtle shimmers with an essentially clear lip gloss. I tried this over my L’Oreal Captivating Coral lipstick and it does add shimmer and shine, but no color. I sometimes like to wear lip gloss by itself, but this one is far too sheer. Not bad, but I wouldn’t re-purchase this particular color.
