Smooth glosses that smell like dry vanilla cake (without the butter frosting). I find them moisturising and make lips feel plump and healthy. Lasting time average, around 1 – 2 hours when worn on their own. Longer as a topper.
I got #27 Pearly Lavender, a cool icy lavender with silver shimmers that lights up lips. I usually can not stand ANY glitter on my sensitive lips as I find its always irritating and rough and travels all over the face. But here the shimmer is for adults, its flatter and clings to lips better. Even though I can feel it, the shimmer feels comfortable and doesn’t travel over the face once the shine wears away. For my very fair bright olive/yellow skintone, #27 is too cool and almost greyish when worn on its own. It might suit cool-neutral beige skintones better? But it still makes a cute topper to brighten up my look when wearing warmer, darker toned lipsticks.
The packaging is luxe with the Kiko ensignia etched in the lid. The slanted flexible doe foot applicator applies the right amount evenly with a precise lipline. The name is a cheap silver sticker with the number only on the back, not the name. It wears off and looks cheap, and its being just a number its harder for me to remember than a name. I’d like to try more shades.

This is an exquisite product. KIKO’s 3D Hydra glosses adhere to your lips without feeling gloopy, they moisturize without transferring, and most importantly: they enhance the shape and volume of your lips without making them sting or burn. No irritants, just a thoughtfully formulated enhancement. There is also no funky taste or scent to speak of.
Overall, an affordable product in excellent packaging. Last time I checked they had 30+ shades. I layer one over a MAC lipliner and it’s MLBB perfection.

KIKO 3D Hydra glosses have a unique clinging, gel-ish texture: not thin or overly thick, neither sticky nor tacky, & are very shiny without feeling slick or oily.
Once I got over the intial shock of the unusual (to me) texture, I find them comfortable to wear, that they last a little longer than most glosses (not the real thick, sticky ones though… but yech!), & are quite moisturizing– my lips feel softer and smoother even after they wear away, like a good lip balm.
Currently, I have the clear shade and Pink Orchid, a buildable/semi-sheer, cool lilac-pink cream shade (no shimmer). The color applies smoothly & evenly with the doe-tipped applicator. I ordered more. ????

I own shade #20, chestnut (brown-pink with light shimmer). This is a very pretty shiny gloss, the shimmer (subtle, no chunks!) and wet look help it live up the 3D name and makes lips look full and glossy. It is quite thick, somewhat sticky and wears off by drying on the lips- to reapply (after a good few hours, I’ll add), I feel better wiping it off first. But it is quite hydrating and not dry at all. Overall, solid for gloss fans.
The packaging is also very cool. One great thing about Kiko is that it’s cheap makeup that looks very chic, and this gloss has a unique shape. The applicator is also angled, which is very convenient.
I think I might pick up another shade as well because the colour range is quite appealing- some natural shades, some fun ones. A word of advice- Kiko is always putting items on sale, so wait before you buy things for full price. I picked this up for a reasonable £5.50.
A note: this lipgloss in shade #20 appears to be a solid dupe for Fenty’s Gloss Bomb!
