This is my holy-grail of all highlighters. The pigmentation and shine are out of this world gorgeous; I love that this is so sheer when lightly applied but buildable to become easily quite blinding. I’m *very* fair-skinned so this color is perfect for me. As other reviewers have said, the amount of product you receive is insanely generous. I find the packaging appealing and high-quality as well.
I love to use this as my highlighter and the Skin Frost in Dark Horse for my contouring and the combination is sublime.

My HG highlighter of life!! For so many reasons-
1). It Shows Up effectively and is light enough for my light skin
2). Easy to brush on in strategic areas as it’s a Highly Pigmented Powder so it stays put and doesn’t shmear around and disappear.
3). Large pink sturdy case with good mirror and huge amount of product.
So many highlighters are too dark or barely there. I am light and want a major pop of highlight in small areas like cheekbones, bridge of nose, Cupid’s bow and chin etc.

I bought two of these, Ice cold and peach goddess (fyi, peach goddess is better IMO)
Ice cold is…fine. Its very sparkly and glittery (and its yellow toned) and while thats all fine it just…kinda sits on my skin and it can get chunky and hard to blend into the skin. Most of the time when I use it, its just too much even when I just use a little its still too much! Its a fine highlight for OTT highlighting butttt IMO its not worth the price at all. If I had been able to swatch this in a store I wouldnt have bought it. Peach goddess is better, it blends into the skin much nicer than ice cold and just doesnt look as crazy to me.
If you are trying to decide between ice cold or becca pearl, get becca pearl
If you are trying to decide between ice cold or peach goddess, get peach goddess (and find a cheaper dupe for ice cold like something from colourpop or elf lol!)

This product is great!
The consistency is dense and lumpy when you swatch it with a finger but on a brush it lays down beautifully!
Not chalky and minimal fall out, MASSIVE pan size the 29$ is worth it and the wait 2weeks to aus but that is to be expected. Glow all day!
Looks awesome on some of my tanner friends too when blended out!
Never need to buy again lol there is a lifetime supply! Pigmented and looks beautiful.

This highlighter is one of my new favorites, with me being so pale it’s so hard to find a highlighter that actually shows up against my skin. I love really bright, statement highlighter so if you don’t like that then this won’t be for you if you want a more natural product; but me personally I live for this right now. The actual product amount is big and should last me a while, Jeffree provides you with much more product than most standard pressed highlighter compacts. I love also applying this to my Cupid’s bow before applying lipstick to brighten the area and make my lips appear fuller and also one single swipe down the bridge of my nose. This is so pigmented and worth it!

Not quite sure why this skin frost brand of highlighters was so hyped to begin with. As a highlighter fanatic, I am familiar with the texture difference and quality in a “good” highlighter. These skin frosts, were not that. I imagined them to be as buttery and creamy as say, ABH illuminator in Starlight – instead, dense and chalky are more true descriptions of this products texture. When swatched with finger, product hardly budges enough to get any amount of pigment, and the highlighter BUNCHES. Absolutely awful texture. I had honest curiosity as to why Jeffree Star himself never seemed to use his highlighters – they are awful!

Firstly, while i’d probably repurchase I’m never going to need to cause this is huge (15 grams) and is good for three years from opening. Ice Cold is a lovely highlighter for those with a pale to light skin tone and is multi purpose in that it makes a fantastic inner corner of the eye highlight and shadow. For me personally (an NC20 – NC25) it’s a bit too light. This is a highly pigmented product and such you have to be careful not to apply too much or risk loosing the ‘highlighted’ effect and looking more like you have a streak of metallic white on your face. Personally, for a highlighter I also find this a bit too pigmented BUT if used with a light hand it’s beautiful. I’ve ordered King Tut, which supposedly has a more creamy formula and am thinking that mixing these two will deliver the perfect light gold highlight for my skin tone.

This highlighter is my all time favorite! It comes in a huge hot pink pan and the mirror that comes with it is big. It’s extremely pigmented and a little goes a long way. I don’t see myself hitting pan any time soon.

It is with a sad and heavy heart that I rate this a 2/5.
I love Jeffree and I love his lipsticks so when the Ice Cold Skin Frost came back in stock I DAMN WELL HAD TO HAVE IT! It took ages to arrive but I didn’t take this into consideration when I did this review as most things that come from the US to Aus take 2+ weeks.
When it finally arrived at my work it was like Christmas morning – this was the thing I had been waiting for all year to get my hands on. It was large, heavy and felt expensive. I swatched it with my finger and my god it was beautiful. So pigmented, creamy and an overall gorgeous colour.
When I got home I went to apply it properly to my face with a brush. I put my brush in the product and hmmmm… why is there zero highlighter on there? Okay, try a different brush of a different brand… Yep, same thing again. So I tried another brush from ANOTHER different brand and the same thing was happening – the product was no being picked up by the brush. I did some investigating and it seems like i’m not the only one that has had this problem. I’m thinking maybe I got a dud because it seems highly unlikely that 3 different brushes from 3 (not cheap mind you) brand ALL couldn’t pick up the highlighter. So I couldn’t use the Ice Cold.
I said Yes to purchasing again because as I said I feel like I might have got a dud like some other people. Might try Peach Goddess and hope the same thing doesn’t happen 🙁
