Finally, a highlighter that shows up on fair skin! I have so many damn highlighters that look like bronzer on me or they don’t show up at all. Years ago I tried some products from Becca and I was not impressed so I never thought about the line again. Then I see a ton of videos on youtube taking about the Becca highlighters. I went to my local Ulta to check it out. I was glad I went in because I could tell the Opal and Moonstone were too dark for me. I was going to order Moonstone online and I’m glad I didn’t. They didn’t have the powder version in Pearl but I did see the crème version so I bought it. I love this highlighter! It’s white but do not be scared, it goes on the skin and just creates light and a high sheen. I love it on the tops of the cheek bones, around my cupid’s bow and on the inner corners of the eyes. The texture is nice too, it’s a cream but it applies almost like a powder. I had problems at first because I applied this after I powdered my face and it made my foundation patchy. I apply it after liquid foundation and before setting powder and I love it now. If you are pale and can’t find a good highlighter, then this will be your best friend. NARS multiple in Copacabana is great too for pale skin FYI.

At first I wasn’t thinking about buying a poured version of this Becca shimmering skin perfectors, but once I got one – I was blown away!
I was always using my MAC cream colour bases, thinking they were the best on the market. I was so soo wrong about it. Becca is a true highlighter leader and offers the top quality highlighter products at the moment.
First of all this Pearl highlighter doesn’t clog or accentuate the pores on the face. It doesn’t settle into any little fine lines and is so easy to work with! Since this is a cream product and it doesn’t always last a whole day long – I prefer to set it with my Moonstone pressed highlighter on top. Together these are the dream team!
I can highly recommend Pearl if you are on a hunt for a cream highlighter, it might be a little more expensive than those drugstore alternatives – but oh boy this is the best buy you can get!

I know this is a small one, but a little goes a long way. I got it in Pearl even though I’m NC20 because I was looking for something to put under my eyes/cheeks that resembles Hourglass’s Incandescent powder –which you can’t buy separately.
I have to say that this one does the job perfectly, it blends in very nicely and it is not at all drying and it doesn’t settle in find lines like a powder does. Give a great luminosity to the skin as if there’s a bit of white light right in your face but it is gorgeous.
I own one liquid and two pressed highlighters by becca, and I have to say, that Pearl is the only one to get in this form (cream), you can get by pretty good with moonstone/opal etc. in powder because there is a lot more product. But Pearl only comes in liquid and cream, and liquid wasn’t intense enough for what i wanted it
It is a nice soft and very blendable product 🙂
