I bought the yellow version one. My main gripe is the Color range, white is too white yellow is too golden. Other than that, the effect is nice and natural ( for its price), big pan that makes application more even, nice packaging and well packed in powder. Everything is great except for the Color

My skin color is fair, warm/neutral (NC 20 in Mac). I have the pink/purple/green highlighter.
It’s a very finely milled powder. The one that I have I think is better suited for cool complexions, in hindsight I should have bought the golden highlighter instead especially with my skin yellow undertone. Depending on the brush I use, this product can look extremely white cast/frosty. There is no visible green/purple/pink seen. I have to use this with a large, soft brush to diffuse the color and then it is wearable. It looks very natural but I have to be careful not to use too much. I only use a small amount so I can see this product lasting for years.
I was hoping for a ‘lit from within’ appearance, but there are very fine glitter particles (may or may not be your preference). It’s not obvious but can be seen on close up.
Affordable and good product overall, but I suggest sticking to your skin undertone.
EDIT 4th Dec 2018: I really like this product! The micro glitter seems to have been a spray on top of the product, and since I’ve used it more, it has worn off. Now when I apply this product, it’s a lot more natural in appearance. I’m really happy, regardless of the undertone. It doesn’t seem too off or unnatural for me (surprisingly).

Basic white frosty shadow ─ I ordered this in the Pink/White shade because my favorite YouTuber recommended it for fair skin. I’m very pale and this just looks like a basic white frosty/shimmer eye shadow. In the pan it’s a mosaic of white, pink, green, lavender and yellow but when swatched individually they’re all the same color. I feel like it’s actually too bright white as a highlighter, even for me. If you already have a shimmer/frost white eye shadow you definitely don’t need this highlighter. I wish I could return it but I ordered it from Korea off eBay.

I used Benefit High Beam as my sole highlighter for over 10 years. The little bottles last forever, and when I started running out of my last one I wanted to experiment with a powder highlighter. I’ve been getting into K beauty lately, so when I saw the Etude House Secret Beam highlighter for around $8 US, I decided to give it a shot.
I have the Pink & White Mix (there’s also a Gold & Beige one). It looked pretty sparkly in the pan and I was worried that it wouldn’t be something I could wear day-to-day, but when applied Secret Beam looks really awesome and wearable. You can put on just a bit for a more natural look, or you could apply more if you’re going out. Actually, I think it looks more natural than High Beam, possibly because it’s easier to control the amount you apply with a powder. If I tap on a little with a brush, it looks really natural and a subtle enough highlight to wear to work.
Bottom line: this is a really great budget highlighter. I was trying to think of any cons, but really, I don’t have any except that maybe if you live in the West like me, you’ll have to wait a little longer for an order from Korea. I will repurchase.
