I had such high hopes for this one. I have serious dark under eye circles that get worse when I’m tired. This doesn’t hide the darkness enough even with ample amounts of concealer on top in two different MAC shades that are supposed to be mixed and used together. Maybe I just don’t know how to use it but I still see darkness after applying it. I might as well just use only the concealer. I’ll try the cheaper NYX Dark Circle Concealer next before I’d buy this again.

It’s sheer but buildable. This corrector is only successful when I layer it on HEAVY. I need 3 layers too many. Considering the small pen applicator, that can’t be the usage MAC intended. So, for better coverage, I wish the applicator was similar to the Maybelline Age Rewind.

Since I need something more pigmented and opaque this is just a placeholder in my collection. Mac’s Studio Finish corrector in orange is the obvious next step, but doesn’t agree with my acne-prone skin.
