According to the W7 website, this is supposed to be a matte highlighter and illumnator designed to give a gentle touch of glow for dark evenings. All I know is I found it completely useless! It definitely doesn’t work as a highlighter or illuminator – dark evening or not – and it has a very thick consistency (like nail polish) making it practically impossible to work with. The applicator is a flimsy brush – again like nail polish – and once applied it blends away to nothing. Reapplying it made no difference either – I just couldn’t see it on my skin. I used this for about a week before giving up on it entirely and throwing it in the trash. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
