I got this product at ulta. Unfortunately there is no seal on the product so people can open them freely. I liked how it felt so I bought the product. It feels like silly putty.
The good:
Very pretty pink sparkles
Feels cool to touch
Long lasting
The bad:
It is very wet and sticky. I had trouble getting my hair to unstick and stay away from my face.
It feels like rubbing glue on your face
If you put a little in a place you didn’t mean to it is there for good

There is nothing wrong with the formula or product, but the Almay Make Them Jelly Hi-Lite is very overwhelming, blinding, and “unsubtle.” I love highlighters, some glitter, some sparkle, but this combination is over the top. Nothing wrong with the formula or staying power. This isn’t something I could pull off or use on a daily basis. My review and swatches can be seen here: o

Serves me right. I bought this in 200 Unicorn Light, somi should have known what I was getting into, but silly me has come to expect refined sheen or shine and not glitter. Oh, it’s glitter. Microglitter, but glitter. Pink glitter. Bright pink glitter. Nope. No no no no nope. And I’d say 50% of it brushes away after the base, what feels like alcohol n’ silicone, evaporates, so if you like to wear glitter, you’re going to need a serious glue beneath. Plus it was I think $15? Stupid expensive for glitter. Even if it’s a Asian formula, which I have heard this is based on. Even if it makes a pleasant twang like Let’s Jam hair gel when you strike the side of the jar.
The lid is cute – it’s faceted like a gem and the name Almay is beneath. But it’s glitter. Loosey goosey glitter.
