This is a wonderful product to gently brush over your collar bone while wearing a lower cut shirt. It gives your skin a nice, subtle glow without it being too blinding. I get so many Compliments on my Glowing Skin. Everyone should have a product like this in their arsenal.

I got a late yen for the Farsali Rose Gold jelly highlighter, and found this as a dupe. (Good move, Sephora; by not having the Farsali in the store, I went elsewhere.) Now, since I don’t have and haven’t tried the Farsali, I am NOT saying this is or isn’t a dupe; I’m reviewing entirely on its own merits.

I’m pleased at the quality of this product, especially considering the price ($6). The color (Cloud) is called rose gold, but it’s lighter than that, more a pinky champagne. (I’m fair, neutral leaning cool.) I take a tiny bit, put on the back of my hand, and apply with fingertips along the top of the cheekbone. I use a patting motion, I find this is less likely to lift products under it.

This gives a beautiful lit from within glow–natural in the sense it doesn’t emphasize texture and doesn’t look too white/light, just very glowy yet natural. Stays on well, melds well with other products (of course, apply before any powders). Given the price, you can’t really go wrong with this one. (I bet this would also work well mixed with moisturizer and patted over the face.)
