This could have been a better product if it didn’t separate so much. The first time I used it, I had to squeeze a lot of clear liquid out before hitting paydirt, and no amount of shaking seemed to remedy the situation. It’s a shame, because this feels like the highlighter version of Glossier Cloud Paint — very pigmented, a little goes a long way, dries down matte, and lasts quite a while. Definitely a product that you should tap on with your fingers; even a sponge might not distribute the color evenly. Moonbeam turned out to be far too white on me (I blame myself, what else did I expect?) but I can see the pink and gold shades working well on light-to-medium skin tones. At $4, it’s steal but only if you have the patience to deal with the mess and work quickly to apply it.
