Another ipsy bag product. This is a cream highlighter which I received in the color Champagne. It’s nice I suppose. Gives a very subtle highlight but I’m not the biggest user of highlights so that’s okay for me. Not the biggest fan of the cream formula. It feels like it can just be wiped right off if I happen to scratch my face where I’ve applied it.
I should actually clarify this; when I say cream, I don’t mean like… in a tube or whatever. It’s a cream that’s pressed into a compact mirror type case. It’s… weird. Like a creamy wax. Does that make sense? It’s not like it’s difficult to apply or anything but I feel this is probably not the most sanitary way of packaging this product, especially since I apply this with my fingers. I feel like I should be cleaning this off every so often but that’s easier said than done.
It has a nice smell? Vanilla?
I don’t know. This is honestly the most confusing item I own but for whatever reason I still apply it nearly every day. It doesn’t look bad. The whole product is just one big shrug for me.
I have zero idea if this review was even helpful to anyone. Probably not.

I am sooo in l-o-v-e with this stuff. Like the other reviewer, I got this in my ipsy bag, but I think it’s awesome. My deluxe sample was super generous so it’s lasted me a long time and even now I’m only about half way through the sample. I haven’t hit pan yet, but I can tell I will be with just a few more uses, I’ve toned down my usage for special stuff because I love it so much and don’t want to run out soon. The price for the actual product is $30.00 from the Doll 10 website and I’ll pay it all day long, I’ve just been hedging on buying it since I still have product…Okay, enough, as for the product itself…
It is amazing, it gives you the glow from within look. It’s dew-y and it is the absolute best highlighter I’ve ever used for the high points of my cheeks. It’s not obnoxious, it doesn’t have noticeable glitter, it’s not flat nor is it an unnatural color. It comes in 3 colors, original which is light almost white, champagne (the one I have) and a light dusty rose color. It gives you this ultra subtle, yet definitely noticeable (if that makes and sense, ha!) highlight that lasts all day long. However, I do not like to use this on my T-zone for highlight because it is a cream and I will eventually look oily. That is so irrelevant to me though, because it is worth every penny just to do my cheeks. Holy cow, it’s hard for me to describe…I have tried so many highlighters and I just haven’t like any of them, they are either garish or not even noticeable. I think the best product and the most comparable is the RMS Beauty Living Luminizer, but it’s so expensive for a tiny amount of product. This Doll 10 highlighter is very similar, but you get twice the product for 30 bucks versus 38 for the other.
It comes in compact form too, which I think is awesome. It’s one of the other reasons I like it so much. You don’t have to dig it out of a pot or squeeze it onto the back of your hand or palette wasting product. At first I didn’t know what to do with it other than rub my fingers on it, but I started using my damp Beauty Blender and that is what took this product to the next level for me. I just swipe it over the product and the stipple onto the high points of my cheeks and BAM perfection, with no mess or waste. I’m sorry I’m raving about this product, I am just in love love love. I’m so glad that I got this in my bag because I would have never ran across it otherwise. It’s honestly the best product I’ve ever received from Ipsy. Once I get closer to running out, I’m going to order this product and I’ll be a loyal customer for life. If I ever got wind that they may d/c it, I would find a way to buy as many as I could to keep it in my stash.
For reference, I’m not a big “raver” and although I’m a major product junkie, I only write reviews for stuff that is either AH-mazing to me, horrifying or something that I think is good but needs some special attention or has a quirk that I wish the company would fix. I do not rate every product I have, this product just soooo deserves some praise.

Cream highlighter is creamy and the color\ doesn’t show as much is light pink color and it just good for body not for face because you can’t tell is worth around $7 but got it with my etsy bag and have since than cancelled because all I been getting is stuff I don’t
‘think is working for my taste and there picks are getting worse . IS smooth and not as shiny but the color I got was champagne and they have other darker shades that could work for my skin but this one isn’t doing the magic glowing look .
