A very pale satin pink sheen with lots of tiny little glittery pieces that twinkle in the sun or under night lights. I have extremely fair yellow toned skin and it shows up very well on me. The shimmer particles do have a tendency to spread, especially if you touch your face. However, if you refrain from touching and set with a good setting spray it does stay put. Doesn’t emphasize skin texture. The box is bulky to store but I’d probably repurchase if I needed to.

It’s a good natural highlighter.
Shimmery, buildable medium coverage. Very smooth consistency.
I have an extremely fair skin and it doesn’t show up on my skin that much (as a highlighter per se), but I apply it all over my face if I want that “glowy” look, or use it as an eyeshadow.
I still haven’t found my HG highlighter, but this one is a great option if you prefer natural highlighters without glitter particles, that don’t emphasize skin’s texture.

If you like obvious, high shimmer highlighters, this is not the one for you. It’s very subtle, and therefore I think more appropriate for mature skin. It is a fine, silky powder, and I haven’t noticed the glitter other reviews mention. You can use it on the cheekbones, or anywhere else you want to highlight, but I have actually been using it as finishing powder. Once I have washed, treated, added sunscreen, maybe primer, foundation, and a little setting powder, this gives you back the glow that all those products covered up. It reminds me a little bit of Hourglass Radiant powder in Diffused Light, only a little peachier with a touch more shimmer. I’m loving it more and more everyday, and am thinking I may just use up my Hourglass powder and buy this instead. It sort of does everything I want Hourglass Diffused Light to do, only better. And it’s less expensive. On days when I can’t be bothered with doing a full face of makeup, I will put on some tinted sunscreen, a little blush, dust this over everything, and also use this as an eyeshadow. It really brightens up the eye area and adds a teeny bit of natural looking shimmer to the lids.
Versatile product, fun to use, looks good without being too obvious, and no plastic packaging. I will definately repurchase.

Seriously love this highlight! Doesn’t look awful in natural sunlight like some (cough most) highlighters! Natural glow love 150%

Yaaaaaaas! Yes. I love this highlighter. I’ve been using it pretty nearly every single day since last fall. I haven’t wanted to use any of my other highlighters since I bought this. I find it quite similar to the Essence Pure Nude highlighter, but a bit lighter, more fair skin friendly. It’s not a bam in your face wet look highlighter, more of a subtle sheen. My makeup doesn’t feel “done” without this. So darn pretty!

I used to be a big Benefit fan in their prime (mid 2000’s). Regular Dandelion is one of the few face products I’ve actually hit pan on and repurchased multiple times.
This is actually closer in color to their discontinued Georgia powder but with more radiance. I wish this didn’t have flecks of noticable glitter in it because it would be great all over for radiance/natural glow. Somewhere between how Dandelion/Georgia and Essence Nude highlighting powder are meant to be used.
The texture is pretty smooth and blends easily. The glitter (hate to harp on that) migrates around during the course of a day and can appear to just be eyeshadow fall out. If there were a glitter free version I would be on board… Luckily, I only have a mini to power through before moving on. I will likely work on this days I know I will be staying in.
Side note: I wish they would go cruelty free. It seems like that would pair so well with their branding. I think most people who are less makeup-savvy assume they are.

Gives a natural flush (on my medium olive skin) with the tiniest, almost indiscernible bit of sparkle. Good longevity. A lot of product for your money. Adorable packaging that always makes me smile. I agree that you should use the brush that comes with it, which is something I almost never say — it deposits the perfect amount of color right where you want.

I think we have here a decent highlighter, it isn’t overly glittery, it works for my light skin, and has nice longevity..i have others I like better, like Hourglass…The Benefit might be too light, and if you put too much, it will look unflattering..otherwise , it is a nice one.

It gives a really pretty sheen that seems long lasting. Makes me feel glowy and refreshed. Make sure you use the brush it comes with. This bristles are really compact and it always works best when I use it. Will buy again.
