I don’t often buy Essence products because their packaging isn’t appealing to me, it normally looks a bit cheap in my opinion. But if I do end up buying something from them, I normally like the product.
This is a highlighter that does what it promises, nothing wrong with the product. Except, it is glittery and I don’t like that. I have the shade (I have 01 The Glass Slipper, came in a box, haven’t purchased this separately) that I don’t like, I find that I can’t wear any highlighter with a pink undertone on my medium toned skin. It just looks white silverish and isn’t flattering. If we don’t want to have that strange too much cheap blue eyeshadow kind of effect like we all had in the 80s, we mediums should stay away from too cold tones found in too silvery eyeshadow or pink highlighters.
