After I decided to lighten my hair with blond highlights, my colourist recommended I use this shampoo to keep my hair from looking damaged and preserve my hair colour. After using the entire bottle I can say it’s an excellent shampoo. The only critique I have is that after a few washes? It left a bit of oiliness on my scalp. My hair felt like it needed a wash again after having washed it. I got the best result by using another shampoo right before finishing with this one in the shower for the second wash. So my verdict is that it was a bit too heavy for me. My hair did ofcourse look shiny which was nice.
