I use the tiniest amount of this on my ends or to tame flyaways/frizz. It adds a bit a shine, and will make my hair greasy if I use to much. Nothing special about it, other products do the same job just as well if not better.

I’ve never used a shine gloss before so I have nothing to compare this to but I really like it. I bought the smallest little squeeze bottle they had at Sally (0.70 fl oz) just so I could try it out. I believe it was around $3.00 CAD. I rub it in my hands and brush them through my hair after it is dried and styled. I have collarbone-length hair of medium thickness and I find a dime sized drop is a good amount for me. I used a bit too much one time and my hair still felt super smooth and silky but I felt it was weighed down a bit. I would definitely repurchase. This makes my hair shiny, smooth and I can run my fingers through it effortlessly.
Update: I have used this over a dozen times now and still love it but I have switched to applying it to towel dried hair. Sometimes I apply it when damp and then again after styling and it doesn’t weigh it down or look greasy. And I’m not sure if it’s me but it seems to make my hair dry a lot faster and a lot less puffy which is nice.

This makes my hair look like Jennifer Aniston’s…soft and silky.
I am older, with hair that is straight and very long. It’s also color-treated.
I use this product on wet/damp hair, and when I blow-dry and flat-iron my hair it is soft and silky. It also keeps my hair from getting static.
I knocked one lippy off this product because it does not make hair shiny. You would need a separate shine spray for shine.
It only takes a very small dollop, rub it in your hands, and run your fingers through the bottom half of your hair. If I put it near my roots it might make them seem greasy—not the first day, but maybe the next. (I try to wash my hair only 2X per week.
I recommend this product to anyone who wants to flat-iron their hair straight with no frizzies or flyaways
