I was hoping there would be more reviews on this product so I could read up on how people like to use it. “Dry texture spray” really is a bit of a catch-all for the versatility of this product. I don’t use it as a dry shampoo, but I do use it to add volume at the root. It also works great to give fine hair grip to make it more pliable so it won’t “slip” when curling or straightening. If you have partially fine or very fine hair, you absolutely need to make this a staple in your hair styling collection! Buildup is minimal, and I find that it works better if you apply from underneath rather on top. The product tends to get a bit top-heavy otherwise and will weigh your hair down.

This seems to be sort of a unique dry shampoo/hairspray mix that’s not at all sticky, doesn’t leave powder residue or a gross, dirty feel, and works great to add volume, give a tousled look and, as its name states, provide hair with texture and grip. It is scented and I find it pleasant (plus it doesn’t linger).

I have a few dry wax sprays I use for texture and hold and I like them fine, but this product exceeds my expectations! I first tried a sample size of this and have since purchased the 5.4 oz bottle. This is a terrific product for volume, lift and texture and provides a light hold!
