HOLY GRAIL STATUS FOR MY LONG THICK AND COLORED HAIR!!!
I have been using this line for the past couple of years and I did try to switch a few times I always go back to this line.
My hair gets super frizzy in the summer and hella dry in the winter. Its actually dry and has been highlighted and balyaged then dyed back to its original color.
I was originally scared of trying this line but my hair started getting out of control so I went with my gut and got one thing at a time, I fell in love.
The mask gives my hair hydration and strength at once and detangles within minutes, however I did notice It will give reverse results (Crispy dry hair) if its left too long due to the high concentration of the keratin/ protein. I use it with every wash but do Alternate with other masks depending on my mood { when I’m running low i keep it for occasions or important days haha}
The spray is also an absolute must, I use a small amount without sectioning my hair { tried before and it was too much product for my hair again reverse effect} with this combo My hair is straight and smooth without even needing to blow dry and did i mention the shine? It actually feels airy like the ad and i need that because my hair tends to feel heavy like a rats nest on my head ( with tiny tangles and dreadlocks)
The shampoo also helps with detangling but isn’t the strongest at cleaning/ clarifying so I would alternate with another shampoo to clarify { i use the sulfate free version of this range} I notice when I use the shampoo i need less of the other product as it detangles while just washing!
The one thing I dislike about this range is the scent, my least favorite out of the entire kepastase range! all their products smell divine and this one smell kind of like whatever. and the price is crazy if you want to get more than one product ( I live in the Middle East)
Overall; Holy grail
The key with this line is Less is More

I avoided trying this line for many years because it just seems insanely expensive and overhyped. Recently I decided to give it a whirl and I purchased the following in the Discipline line:
—Cleansing Conditioner – $47.00
—Bain Fluidealiste Sulfate Free Conditioner – $52.00
—Maskeratine – $59.00
First, I will start with the positives… I really enjoyed the cleansing conditioner, which surprisingly, lasted a very long time – a little truly went a long way with this stuff. Was it the best conditioner ever? Naw. Are there others in this high price range that are better? YES! SO even though I liked it, the price for what you get isn’t a justification for repurchasing. I rate this conditioner 2 ½ stars.
I did not like the conditioner at all – yes its sulfate free, but so are many others nowadays. This was so basic it makes me angry. While I am tempted to give it a 2-star rating, the price vs. performance negates that. 1 star.
The mask was a pretty pathetic excuse for a deep conditioner. I noticed NOTHING redeeming about this- my hair was not softer, shinier, less frizzy, nor curls more defined. I couldn’t tell the difference btw this or the Bain Fluidealiste conditioner after using. I am also perturbed by the voodoo like trickery of how much you get, or rather, the amount of uses. This stuff is difficult to work into hair, more than a lot of other hair masks. AND, get this: I noted some similarities btw this and the L’Oreal Oil Curls Mask, although the L’Oreal mask works much better and is abt $6.00. Additionally, the L’Oreal mask has less ingredients. I am fairly convinced L’Oreal did what they typically do, which is slightly change ingredients around and market/sell them under different brands they own. It’s annoying and ridiculous. This is a 1 star product (if that!), as it doesn’t do what it states, and the cost is outlandish for what it actually is.
There are MANY high end product brands which work wonderfully – don’t by into the hype on this one. I say skip it.

I recommend the fluidissime heat spray and mask. Together these products make my frizzy, highlighted/bleached, colored, fine damaged hair feel and look like normal hair again. Smooth soft and shiny 🙂 will def repurchase! you can try the smaller travel sizes first which is what I did, they are much cheaper and last a while (I only wash my hair twice a week).

This shampoo together with conditioner make my hair look like nice hair rather than a frizzy nest. It somehow also stays clean longer. Spray i am not too crazy about but mostly because I am not a fan of spray hair products, so I use this in combination with the gold oil.

The only positive thing I can write about this shampoo is the fragrance. This shampoo weighed my hair down, is dulling and made my short natural gray hair even more stiff and unruly. No doubt something in the long list of ingredients is not compatible to my hair. I have not paired this with the Fluidealiste conditioner so perhaps that may be a factor. At this point, it does make a nice hand wash rather than discarding.

I’m gonna review the deep conditioning maks and the heat protector spray only. Both are amazing. The mask is something out of this world. My favorite from Kerastase. Shine, silkiness, frizz control, these are things you can expect when you use it. The heat protector spray is easy to use, doesn’t weigh my hair down, doesn’t make it feel grease, doesn’t dry it out, just love it! I do recommend both products! They are expensive but worth it.

Terrible product (curl ideal). was advised to try this by Tiny and Guy and was told it suited my hair type exactly (which is dry, curly, frizzy, unruly, if left to its own devices). The conditioner was absolutely shocking – felt like body milk and not the kind of thick conditioner you expect for the kind of hair it is supposed to be suitable for.
It made my hair look and feel terrible – extremely dry, frizzy and the curls were undefined.
Really horrid, would never use again.

Wasn’t a big deal of this conditioner, it was great for shine but left my hair looking frizzy and dry. Won’t use again.

I initially bought the Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste to take on holiday to try and save my hair from the sun and swimming. I used with a shampoo from the Kerastase Soliel range, but was unimpressed with the shampoo, which left my hair fluffy and sticky. I was impressed with the conditioner (Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste), the divine and classy scent which lasts well until the last wash, the smoothing properties and the expensive looking packaging. I had a feeling I was not getting the full effect with the Soliel shampoo, so repurchased with the Bain Fluidealiste and hey presto! Fantastic results – smooth, soft, shiny, touchable hair that smells divine. I love this shampoo/conditioner combo. I am desperate to buy more, but of the whole Kerastase range it is the dearest, and that is making me hesitate – for a moment! …………
