First off, the smell of this stuff is rather unpleasant, and does linger. It doesn’t absorb well into the hair, and only coats it. It also leaves behind white stuff in my hair that is awful. This product is mineral oil heavy therefore, I don’t feel this product has the ability to do anything special for ones hair either for the short or long term, because mineral oil has too big of a molecule to penetrate ones skin or hair. Which is why, I would be very leary of even using this product, period on your hair, because all it’s doing is suffocating your hair, the other products you put on top aren’t able to be able to properly penetrate your hair either,mouse to the mineral oil in the leave-in. This product may be cheap,and of coirse it’s been around for a super long time, but that doesn’t mean that it’s the best thing to put in anyone’s hair, period, as a leave in. Plus, because this leave in can’t 100% penetrate ones hair strands did to the mineral oil in it, it can’t effectively repair anyone hair either.
This is truly the absolute worst leave in I’ve ever tried, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, no matter what type of hair you have.

great product. very moisturizing. I use it often Sith protective styles such as wigs and weaves and it does a great job keeping my hair from drying out. did I mention that it smells great.

Im on my 4 tub of this! I put it on each curl at the end of each shower. This works wonders to control thick curly hair!
