I agot this as a sample and used it for about three weeks. I don’t really have breakage problems so I used this on my roots as a volumizer along with the shampoo and conditioner and it volumizes surprisingly well. However, I feel like it leaves a bit of a sticky residue where I spray it. I can brush that out for the most part, but again, I feel like I can use something meant for volumizing that doesn’t have that problem. I also wasn’t a big fan of the cheap aftershave smell it had.

I really like Bumble and Bumble products in general, and after reading good reviews of this product, I purchased online. I don’t have a serious thinning-hair issue, but it definitely feels less full than it used to.
Sadly, I didn’t get on with this product – firstly, it coats my hair with an almost sticky-textured mist and, no matter how little I put on, during blow drying my hair becomes so sticky and tangled, great clumps of it would be pulled out with my brush.
Secondly, it irritates my scalp leaving it itchy and covered in little lumps (I think blocked hair follicles) which are very uncomfortable and unpleasant as they eventually scab over (gross). Overall, it feels like it heavily coats my hair and scalp, and I cannot stand to use it – so £38 down the drain.
I find Aveda Brilliant spray much better for adding shine and a bit of body – it’s so gentle and a far better product.

I’m actually using this spray for purposes other than intended. According to the description, this spray is meant to curb hair breakage and falling out. I don’t really have those problems, but I got a sample from Sephora, so I figured I’d try it anyway. I’ve been spraying it on my hair when it’s damp. The spray comes out as a fine mist, and it’s easy to get decent coverage. I brush it through and my hair is instantly easier to manage and comb, and when it dries it looks healthy and shiny. My main objection is to the scent, which smells like old-school hairspray. I’m getting used to it, but if I’m paying high, salon-type prices for haircare, I want it to smell nice. Smell is the main reason I’m not going to repurchase, but also, I can find cheaper products that do the job well enough that I can’t justify the price.
