I had high expectations for this product considering the great reviews on here and the Sally Beauty website, but it was just ok for me. Less than 24 hrs after use my hair is staticky and dry (and it’s summer, it would be even worse in winter!) which is awful for a “deep” conditioner. The best feature of this conditioner is the smell which is awesome, but that’s not enough to keep this in my rotation. If you need a lot of moisture pass on this.

Although this was not awful… Brazilian Tech Keratin Deep Penetrating Conditioning Treatment isn’t my favorite deep conditioner. I liked it because it didn’t have rubbing alcohol or other ridiculous ingredients in it. Fragrance is low on the list, keratin and hydrolyzed silk are high on the list.
I was more impressed by the ingredient list than the actual performance of this product unfortunately. It’s too light to be a deep conditioner and would be better suited as an everyday conditioner.

My hair seems to like protein it’s very long, thick, and thirsty. So when I saw this at Sallys I thought this would be nice to try since I was going to colour my hair. After I dyed my hair I used this to seal in the shades. I have light ash blonde or 10a and I use Manic Panic Purple Haze underneath. Well this sealed in the purple very nicely! Usually after colouring my hair is on the dry side especially my ends. With this it was soft and my hair didn’t get frizzy from the humidity, and my waves are soft and defined. But the purple is usually super dry well this sealed it and left it soo smooth!
I leave this in my hair while I shave and all that shower stuff. I just put this in and I always have a rubber band on my wrist so I throw it in a bun. When I’m done I take it down and rinse. I give it 5 good minutes and my hair feels so silky smooth after I rinse. I use the wet brush to detangle my hair which, after this I don’t have many knots and my hair is down to my waste. It brushes easily and then I add some One n Only Argan oil and spray. Yes, my hair needs that much moisture! In reality though those are all the products I need. My hair is so soft and silky smooth. My hair actually behaves is so shiny and it’s easy to manage. I always air dry or put my hair in a braid. This conditioner I use about 2x’s a week if my hair is super dry. Otherwise I use it only when my hair needs it. You kinda know because I don’t want to over do it with protein.
This I love because it really gives my hair what it needs. It’s a little pricey for the size but so worth it because it works! I have really began to love the One n Only line. If you like using proteins this is a great one to try especially to seal in colour! I find my blonde stays ashy and not brassy and the purple stays vibrant much longer. This is a really great treatment and I really like this and would repurchase without a doubt. Recommended!

This is probably my favorite conditioner I have ever tried. I have tested many brands including: John Frieda Sheer Blonde; Garnier Fructis Sleek n Shine conditioner and fortifying deep conditioner; Aussie 3 min Miracle Mask; Herbal Essences Hello Hydration; Nutrogena Triple Moisture; Bumble and Bumble Seaweed conditioner; Biolage Matrix Conditioning Balm; Dove Intensive Repair; TRESemme Luxurious Moisture; Pantene Pro-V; Loreal EverPure Moisture; Nexxus; Paul Mitchel; Vidal Sassoon; Purology, and many more I can’t remember off the top of my head. So far, this one has beat them all.
My hair is fried from bleaching, and is hard to detangle, but this one instantly softens it in the shower and afterwards. I haven’t noticed it weighing my hair down, even though I have fine hair. I have been using this for the past 3 months, and it still works just as well. Because it has keratin, I only use it 2 times a week at most, otherwise you may get straw-like hair. My only gripe is that its expensive for the small tube.

Amazing! I bought a couple of small packets to try it out and I couldn’t believe how nice my hair turned out after it air-dried. It was less frizzy, shiny, soft, and my curl pattern was left intact. It has really good slip and detangling abilities and is loaded with a variety of proteins to help strengthen hair and increase elasticity. It rinses pretty clean and leaves my hair feeling light. It has a very nice tropical pina colada scent to my nose, but it does fade. I am definitely purchasing the full size. If your hair can tolerate protein based treatments, this is great. Just leave in it for a couple of minutes and then rinse it out. I usually apply a processing cap over any treatment I do in the shower to help it penetrate more. It really makes a difference.

I have never (ever) dyed my hair, but it is extremely long and I regularly use heat styling tools. I have never gotten a Keratin treatment in a salon, either, so I don’t really have anything to compare this to besides other at-home conditioning treatments I have used in the past. I used Ion’s treatment packets sold at Sally’s, and like those a lot. I bought a tube of this (5.3 oz.) because I thought it would last a long time. I try to deep condition my hair once a week, but end up in reality doing this every other week or so and let it air dry. Without adding any other product, I find this really does soften my hair and give it a bit of a break. Definitely handy to have this around. It’s not a super long treatment where you have to sit around for thirty minutes, either. The directions read to leave it in for two-three minutes. I usually leave it in between five and ten, depending on what I’m doing and how much time I have on my hands. If you have a Sally’s near you, definitely try this one out, especially if you have treated or damaged hair!

I use this after coloring my hair to seal my color in and help repair the damage done. Seeing the amazing results I have now made it a once a week treatment as well. It makes my hair soft and smooth I can see that overtime it has helped repair it as well. It also is great at combatting frizz. My hair can actually air dry after using this without worrying about looking like a lion in a couple of hours. and one more benefit…the smell is Ahhmazing! Can’t quite put my finger on it kind of almondy..not sure but it’s one of the best scents I have ever had with hair products. Its not overpowering or too fruity or anything like that, it’s just great. In fact, the whole one’n’only Brazilian tech line smells the same. sally’s had a B2G1 free sale for these products so I got the deep conditioner, keratin pequi oil serum, and the leave in cream lusterizer for wet or dry hair. I am in love with this product line!:)

I bought a few sample size/few use packets at Sally’s and a few full sized of a lot of products and I’m going to use them all at least twice before making a final decision, but I’m going to start now.
The products were: Proclaim Argan Oil Intense Hydrating Masque, Creme of Nature Argan Oil Intensive Conditioning Treatment, Ion Effective Care Treatment, One ‘n Only Brazilian Tech Keratin Deep Penetrating Conditioning Treatment, Silk Elements MegaSilk Moisturizing Treatment, Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Treatment, Silk Elements Mega Cholesterol Conditioning Treatment, Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayonnaise
OH. MY. GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This one might very well win my little contest, in a huuuggee way. Potential to be HG status. I bought this on such a whim just to use as a treatment. I don’t want a real keratin treatment, I don’t want straight hair, just trying out a packet. This smells nice, and has a light consistency similar to the Ion, Proclaim, Silk Elements (treatment) and Creme of Nature.
I really liked this from the first time I tried it. The second time, I blow dried my hair and even though I used a lot of product, it still feels pretty good. I saw that they also had a formula for curly hair, which sounded great but I don’t know how well it would work since the ingredient list was very different. Think I’ll go and pick this up full size. Not only did it pass my test, it had better reviews on Sally’s page than many other more expensive ones 🙂

This product was satisfactory to me..It’s not the equivalent to a salon keratin treatment but it definitely smooths the hair and makes it more tame. My hair is extremely thick, curly and bleached blonde so I was skeptical how the results would turn out but I only kept it on for 10 minutes and saw immediate results when I blew dry it and straightened it..If I were to do it again I would leave it on a little longer. The only negative thing I would say is the smell and its a bit drying.

I totally fried my hair -bleach, color, color correction, more bleach, color, etc. This brought my hair back to life when nothing else worked.
