I have been using this about 2 weeks now and love it!
I have fine, curly hair that tends to be oily at the roots and dry on the ends. I use this on the ends and my hair feels so soft and nourished. I’ve been blow drying my hair more since it’s colder out and this feels like it’s protecting my hair and helping to control the frizz.
I’m not a fan of the spray bottle though. The product is kind of thick so when I spray it it doesn’t disperse evenly through my hair. I spray it into my hand and then rub my palms together and apply to my hair that way. Works so much better. I also add a couple drops of shine serum before applying it.
The bottle holds quite a bit so I think it will last me a while. It has a nice smell. Not flowery or chemically, just clean.
I’d definitely purchase this again.

I purchased this with the shampoo and conditioner as my hair has tons of damage. It breaks, the texture was terrible, dry, frizzy, unmanageable waist length blonde hair. Ugh my hair was aweful until I stared using this spray. I like to use it after my hair is towel dried and even though my hair is super long you don’t need a lot of product. I spray this and add some Argan oil to my ends and wow has my hair look and felt so much better! My hair is soft, manageable, shiny, and just looks so much healthier. I’m super impressed with this leave in. I’ve always liked leave in sprays for my hair as my hair is so thick and has always been on the dry side so moisturize and hydration are really important to me.
Also my hair was so porous after using high lift dye for years and I had to do something to help my hair. So I went back to my root color light ash blonde or 8A. Using the Demi to fix the colour was great so now I can just focus on taking care and fixing my hair. This spray has really made a difference. I also recommend doing a clarifying shampoo or in my case I use apple cider vinegar before I shampoo. This removes the buildup of Too much keratin which, can also make my hair feel terrible. So if I balance it out with a clarifying treatment this works even better! This bottle also lasts forever it’s milky in texture and semi viscous. The spray novel works pretty well and it doesn’t smell bad just like a light herbal scent. This is worth it imo if you suffer from damage from colouring or lightening hair. Recommended.

I bought this on Sale from Ulta online for $7.99 plus shipping. It’s outrageously expensive I think but now that I’ve used it probably worth every penny. My hairdresser used it on me at my last haircut and recommended it and I’m glad she did and I lucked out on the sale right after the cut. I love it I love it I love it! It makes my hair so shiny and soft and manageable (the cut probably helped a ton) but this stuff is awesome! Highly recommend!

I bought this during a sale for ten dollars at Ulta because otherwise it would be pretty pricey. I adore the scent as with the whole Biolage line and I love that this offers my hair some slip. If you are protein sensitive do not bother. This packs a punch. I can tolerate it so my hair feels mostly soft. It has really helped with breakage and shine. I don’t use this daily unless I feel that my hair needs it. The whole keratindose line is wonderful and I’m glad I was able to try most of them. I would repurchase this.

This is a great product with visibly strengthening properties but it isn’t designed for hair that is straight and quite determined to begin with. It make it stiffer which I didn’t personally like but is testament to that there is visible benefits. Packaging is great, sprays evenly, product is non-sticky but I highly recommend this for those with fine, soft hair that is prone to breakage. I finished this since I do think it is a great product but I prefer a protectant that makes my straw like hair softer.

I received a sample of this with other products. I just used up the entirety of the sample today and high-tailed it to the salon to get the full size. (My place has it cheaper than Amazon so I’d suggest shopping around.)
When I don’t use this and try to blowdry, my hair feels like straw the whole day and I have to finger comb to keep it looking presentable. When I spray this on the entire length of towel dried/combed through hair and then blowdry: it feels and looks like raw silk all day and into the next. Even when I sleep on it! Huge difference in manageability and smoothness. Also improves bounce and.. shape?.. to my hair, it doesn’t just hang there.
Also, prevents tangling- my hair will tangle if you look at it wrong. Smells gorgeous.
For reference: my hair is fine and there’s a lot of it. It’s made more fine via bleaching it. I wash daily and heat style daily with a blowdrier.
So far it’s been impossible for me to overspray this stuff. I use maybe 8 sprays from the 1-oz sample bottle. It lasted a little under 4 weeks.
I highly recommend especially if you’ve had bad experiences with leave-ins feeling crunchy/oily/stiff.

I got a sample from this at Ulta and I am now 2/2 on falling in love with and buying Matrix products from the samples I’ve got there (the first was the Biolage Exquisite Oil).
This stuff is a keratin+silk smoothing and softening ‘renewal’ spray that can be used wet or dry. On wet hair, you can actually feel the difference in softness when it is still wet, and it is a NOTICEABLE difference. Pretty impressive! After spraying on my comb slipped right through the tangles and after blow drying my hair was really soft, smooth and manageable. This might be all you need, depending on your hair type, as a pre-blowout product. When I’ve put this on wet and let my hair air-dry, I have also noticed an increase of shine.
Using this in dry hair will dampen the hair some for a little while – this isn’t a ‘dry’ spray – but it does make hair feel softer after it has soaked in. I sprayed this all over my ends the other night before going to bed and when I laid down, my husband actually said, “You smell delicious.”! It does smell fantastic; if it were a perfume, I would buy it.
My only qualms about this are that it is pricey (and won’t last as long as say, the oil, does because you use a lot more spray than a serum or oil per usage, obviously) and also that I’m afraid I will overdose on keratin by using this too frequently and damage my hair over time. I know too much protein can do that to hair and I’ve heard the same about keratin, so I have to look into that before going crazy with this stuff. But overall, it is pretty damn good!
