   Simply doesn’t work, feel very disappointed
   I contacted the company who suggested I continue to use it.
   No reduction in hair noticed at all.
   I contacted them again and they said that it was now out of warranty.
   Don’t buy, it simply doesn’t work

   4/14/16 First treatment using this device. I will update my continued usage.

   Promises some noticeable results after just two treatments and a significant reduction in 7 weeks. So we will soon see…
   So far I love how convenient it is to use.
   Fits nicely in the hand, not overly bulky or heavy.
   I used the low and medium setting and it just felt warm. The medium did have some more “heat” to it but never painful, however, I did notice some areas felt a much warmer sensation than others.
   If this even lessons the amount of hair I will be happy.
   It is a little pricey at around $ 245-$300 depending on where you purchase but compared to office treatments I think the price is not that bad. Especially when you have to get repeated treatments there as well. Plus their price is per area with this one you can treat nearly your whole body when it’s convenient for you and in the privacy of your own home.
   I did my face, underarms, and hands.
   4/17/16 did both of my lower legs today. From my knees down. Only took me about 7-10 minutes. I used the medium and high setting. The high setting did feel much warmer to hot but I would not say it hurt at all. It sorta has a quick snap type of feel to the skin almost like being hit with a rubber band.
   4/21/16 2nd treatment on medium setting. face, underarms, hands
   Facial hair was actually barely growing back. It was a little hard to do hands today for some reason but I got it. I do notice some pinkness to my hands and some areas on my face today. I did not notice this last time.
   NOTE: if you miss hair when shaving it will smell burnt so make sure to get it all!
   5/11/16 Facial hair is coming in much more slowly and is not as noticeable as it was before.
   Legs are also showing some improvement. I find it hard to know exactly which spot was already treated but I try my best to get it all. I have been noticing that the hair also seems to be a little slower growing in but some areas still have thick hair growth. However, there are some bare spots where little to no hair is growing!! YAY!
   Underarms I have not noticed anything 🙁
   5/29/16 Facial hair still growing in much more slowly and seems thinner and less noticeable, underarms no improvement that I can tell of anyway.
   10/25/16 So I slowly started to slack on my weekly sessions but I have done quite a few of them. Mainly on my face.
   I have not noticed any improvement in my facial hair AT ALL!
   Very disappointed in that. The only area that I can see a result is the legs where I stated before that there were some bare spots. I have not treated them in a long time but the areas that were bare did grow hair but it came in very slowly and much less. The other areas are still the same with no improvement.

   I will stick with it until the unit is done working but I am not too optimistic about the results.
   I do not regret spending the money because I have talked to family members to have gotten it done professionally and still have hair growth as well. Maybe it will surprise me and something will happen lol.

   11/7/17
   It does seem to slow the grown in some areas but not one section that was treated is hair free.
   In fact, I feel like I have much more hair in sections of my face that did not bother me before I started.
   The legs still have spots that grow in much slower and have more sparse hair growth in those spots. Not sure why it worked better in those particular spots compared to others.
   I am very disappointed as this was pretty expensive for me to spend money on.
   I will continue to use until it stops working.
