   Left on for minimum amount of time but still got slight chemical burns…it did remove the hair, so at least it was effective but I won’t use again

   I had this product on for about 2 minutes when it started burning. I took it off immediatly and it still was burning. I had dry blotches all over my face for over a week! I would not recomend this product at all! Beware!

   I do have pretty sensitive skin, so when I saw this product I thought it would be a good fit for me. I bought it, and when I tried it out the first time I followed the directions to a T. I left it on for the minimum amount of time and when I wiped it off my skin was red, irritated and burning. I put on some cream, it did not help and I found myself hiding from my roommate in embarrassment as I pressed an ice cube to my burning upper lip. I had a horrible reaction to it, not to mention the awful smell. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

   Quit using Nair products on face because they left me with scars for DAYS. Terribly embarrassing.

   This does nothing for sensitive skin, it burns and leaves the upper lip red, sore and bumpy. The area around my mouth has rash-like red bumps where I never had problems. The whole time you have this product on, it stinks like burning hair – not good since it’s right under your nose. The tube is annoying to use, dispenses too much product in one squeeze. Sometimes it doesn’t do a good job removing all the hairs, so it’s patchy but you have to remove it due to burning. I think it’s less effective the longer you’ve had the tube. Poorly executed product. Won’t repurchase.

   I used to work as a waxer/spray tanner, so I really know my hair removal products! The one place I do not wax is my face due to the use of vitamin A creams and serums. For this reason, I need another hair removal method for those pesky lip hairs and my prefered method is depilatory creams. I have tried quite a few over the years and most of them will burn you, even if you follow the directions to the letter! This one is gentle and I like the fact that you can wet your skin prior to applying it to make absolutely sure that the effect is gentle and effective. I only need to leave it on for 4-5 minutes and it removes every hair without having any effect on my skin whatsoever. I remove it with a flannel and luke warm water, making sure to remove every trace. The smell isn’t great, but it doesn’t linger. I just wont risk using anything else and have been using this for about 5 years now.

   I have a rash on my upper lip along with the hair this product did not remove. Stay away!

   It burned and left me wih a red shadow on my upper lip with little bumps. It didn’t even take most of the hair off.

   The first time it worked well, but the second time nothing happened at five minutes. I left it on for eight minutes and then it barely took any hair off, but I had to remove it because of the stinging and burning. It left me red for a day and I stil had to pluck and shave and I don’t have thick hair. Who knows why it works sometimes and not others, and haphazardly burns. It’s too inconsistent to use regularly.

    This is the only product I trust anywhere near my face. I have been using it for years! The trick is to apply it to damp skin and only leave it on for 4 minutes. I also apply a layer of vaseline around my lips so that the product cannot penetrate the delicate skin on the lips. I used to have my own waxing and spray tanning business. I get every part of my body waxed, but my face was too sensitive to tolerate waxing. This is why I use hair removal cream on my face. Innoxa On and Off was a firm favourite until it was discontinued. I tried many formulas that were horrible and harsh until I found this one. Be careful what you buy. I make sure to buy the one labelled “sensitive” and it contains sweet almond oil. The packaging says that you should not leave it on past 10 minutes. I recommend that you do not leave it on longer than 5 minutes.
