I got the shade 610 “Light Ash Brown” to neutralize some orange/red tones in my light brown hair, and this “Light Ash Brown” shade came out DARK BROWN with red undertones. Not to mention the scent is atrocious, and hasn’t gone away. Yuck! Wouldn’t reccomend this to anyone.

I just used this yesterday and was impressed with the results. My hair is now different shades of browns. But the packaging is hard to open and it didn’t cover all my hair

This haircolor leaves my hair in fantastic condition! I’ve tried both 525 and 535 and like them both. They’re both easy to use, and leave hair shiny, soft and in great condition. My only problem with 525 is that it comes out a little darker than what the box looks like. I would call it dark brown, not medium brown-the color is more like dark chocolate. There are red highlights in this color, but they’re only visible in the sun. Indoors, it just looks dark brown (not that there’s anything wrong with that!). On me, I think I prefer the color of 535. But both 525 and 535 are great colors with a great formula.
