My favorite Nutrisse is #53 Medium Golden Brown but it doesn’t cover my grays at all so I went up a number and bought #43 since it’s a color that I have used in the past. In the bowl the color looked like chocolate cake batter but on my head it turned terracotta orange, washed out super easy and left my hair very shiny. All gray hair is covered, hair is not dry or frizzy, the color is very similar to coffee grounds or a chocolate cake, it does have lots of red highlights. It lifts my hair about one whole level, it’s a beautiful brown color that looks brown even indoors, perfect shade for NC15-20, warmed my natural color really well and got rid of the brass.

I love copper tones in my hair so decided to try this, the color in the bowl was a pale orangy-red, on my head it was a pale orange and stayed that way, not saturated at all, I prefer the color saturation of #43, is not a rich color like I thought it was going to be, will stick with #43
