I bought this in the shade Pearl Blonde. Ash blonde looked too ashy for me, and Beige Blonde was also reviewed by many as too cool toned. Pearl Blonde is supposed to have neutral undertones according to Sally Beauty’s website but it actually develops to a baby pinkish purple shade.
These toners are only useful if you are already platinum blonde. The pigment in these is just way too weak and light. If you are a level 9 blonde, move on. I have level 9 near my roots as I write this while the ends are a level 10. This tone took to my ends because they were already light as could be. The roots however, although very blonde, are still straight up yellow. It was useless. Most toners could totally neutralize my root area, hence how I know this product is trash.
