I bought this after I ran completely out of my usual B&BW Winter Candy Apple body wash that I hoard throughout the year. I took a whiff of this in the grocery store and put it in my cart immediately, it smelled that delightful. Lol. It cleans well, leaves my skin soft and lightly scented. That’s all I ask for in a body wash. Would definitely rebuy 🙂

This gel is awesome! This is a lovely floral scent that is nearly an exact dupe of BBW, if not better! If this product stays available, I will never purchase Sweet Pea gel from BBW again, because this is just as good, for nearly 1/4 the price.

I’ve been using this product for a number of years. I will start with pros and cons, then my overall review.
Pros: Awesome price for amount of product. Smells wonderful! Similar to B&BW Sweet Pea. Moisturizing formula-doesn’t strip my skin. Clear bottle so you can manage product amount. Doesn’t affect body Ph.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I personally love Suave Body Washes. Sweet Pea is one of the staple scents that I buy. I have been using them for years and they are definitely worth the $2 that you may spend on a bottle! Foams up a lot. Rinses clean. Fragrance lasts for quite a while, and it’s not overpowering.
Would I recommend? Yes.

I’m really liking Suave products more and more. I love the smell of the sweet pea body wash and shampoo. For the $$ you really can’t beat this line.

So my local drugstore ran out of my usual St.Ives oatmeal and shea butter body wash, so I got this instead because I used it a few years back and it was fine. It has a very nice scent and is dirt cheap. Why I don’t like it is that it felt like using antibacterial hand soap on my body and made my skin feel a bit rubbery. I don’t know if it’s because I coincided using this body wash with winter, but my skin looks more drier than usual as opposed to when I’m using St.Ives. I want this to work, but it’s not going to.

This smells so good. Very similar to the bbw sweet pea. It does moisturize and clean well. My only con is that the scent dosent last long. I would recommend this body wash.

This smells very good, just like the BBW dupe and doesn’t dry my skin out. My skin felt soft and clean. The only problems I can say about it is that the scent doesn’t last on me after taking a shower and the bottle top collects water if the shower head hits it. But overall, it is super cheap, moisturizing, and smells great. Would buy again.

After years of using bar soap in the shower, I realized that my skin has changed and I needed something more gentle. I went to Wal-mart last week and looked and smelled at all their choices. I ended up buying this one mainly for it’s cheap price because I didn’t want to commit to a $5 bottle of something else. Wow, I am amazed, and this product was less than 2 bucks. My skin hasn’t felt this nice in ages. And the scent is light enough, too. (I tried a sample bottle of BBW Gardenia this morning and I can’t stand the smell of myself right now, ha!) Now I can’t wait to try some more of Suave’s choices. Update 3/3/09: My skin has started to look flakey! I like how this has not caused my skin to break out or itch, but the flakiness is annoying. Update again 4/1/10: I kept using this anyways because it still was better than soap, but after a few more attempts over the year, my skin became red and itchy each time. I have since realized that I am sensitive to ammonium lauryl sulfate so maybe I’ll try the new Cherry Blossom soon since it has sodium laureth sulfate instead.

It smells like springtime and it’s ultra girly. I like when my bathroom is submerged in a cloud of sweat pea. I can’t promise I’ll stick with it though because I usually don’t buy the same product twice because I’m kind of disloyal with my washes and shampoos.
