Ulta’s pumpkin spice body wash is THE BEST pumpkin scented body care i have ever smelled. I have to put this stuff on the map simply because there are pumpkin spice body products that are getting rave reviews and IMO don’t deserve it. But Ulta deserves and award. It smells just like pumpkin with and even blend of cinnamon and and spices. None of the scents over power each other. Which is AMAZING, being that most companies fail so terribly at this. I.E calling a product pumpkin spice and all it smells like is as if you got slapped in the face with a hand full of cinnamon. Or worst BBW’s pumpkin lines *shivers at thought* If someone compares this stuff to BBW’S “sweet cinnamon pumpkin” or “pumpkin marshmallow latte”please do not believe it. If you like BBW’S pumpkin lines stick with them, and do not buy this. BBW’S pumpkins smell More like Musky Flowers with a hint of something spicy..maybe clove. but it Smells straight floral with heavy musk. no pumpkin scent found any wear that i can detect, its highly overrated if you ask me. But my point is if you like the scent you more than likely will not like ulta’s version,its just way to authentic. Ulta’s Pumpkin spice is a seasonal item that is always on sale (buy 2 get 2 free 10 oz bottles, for 9.95 a piece) a EXCELLENT deal. It also is very strong and powerful, when you wash with this stuff, it is better to use a loofah or a sponge of some sort for a good lather. But the smell will not only take over the whole shower, it will take over the entire BATHROOM. And it will stick to you like glue. once you leave that bathroom the scent will follow you all the way until you wake up the next morning. No lie. It also sticks around in the bathroom for about 6-8 hours before it dissapears, and the scent sticks to your washcloth/sponge. It also is very moisturizing and basically cured my ashyness that i had been suffering all year long in-spite of the fact i was layering on moisturizers. i started using this body wash and it went away. So if you’re sensitive to strong/very strong sweet scents DO NOT DO IT PLEASE. It won’t be fair to Ulta or anyone else who loves this stuff like i do because it will be unfairly rated by someone who doesn’t like gourmand or sweet stuff to begin with(i have seen this as a major issue on rating websites, people giving a item a bad rating because it smells like what the bottle says and they don’t like that scent.That to me, makes no sense. People who don’t like fruit scents shouldn’t rate them. I hate floral and HATE musky scents with a passion, so i don’t rate those products… You get my drift? its kinda Biased). This body wash has alot of Lovers just like BBW only its not as famous for obvious reasons. I do not want Ulta to get any new idea’s about changing this product scent next fall. They had a Hard time keeping this scent on there shelf during black friday. im glad i got extra bottles.
