I’m using this 3 in 1 currently, but have used many different Philosophy scents over the years and this review includes those as well. I do love Philosophy as a brand – they have many great products and I love that the majority of their scents are not overpowering, too chemically, etc. I only use these 3 in 1’s as body wash – I don’t know why I’d use it as a shampoo and I’d rather use other products for my baths. It lathers pretty well and the scents are all so nice. Unfortunately, none of the scents I’ve used (including snowman, pink frosted animal, strawberry milkshake, snow angel, dance of the dew drop fairy) ever last after I leave the shower. That doesn’t matter too much to me, just something I wanted to point out. The product lathers up really nicely, and I always feel clean after using. I love the packaging as well.
Due to the price, I would not repurchase. I’ve found many drugstore brands that clean just as well and the scents are nice enough for me. I typically receive these 3 in 1’s as gifts, and am always very happy to receive them but I just can’t justify buying them myself.

The Philosophy Peppermint Stick gel is packaged in a holiday gift set with Peppermint Stick Lip Gloss.
I’ve used the Peppermint gel in the shower and I expect it will make a nice bubble bath as well. I have not tried it as shampoo, and while it may be fabulous for that, I prefer to use a different product on my hair.
The shower gel is creamy and foamy and smells like a peppermint milkshake. A couple of youtubers have said that this shower gel burns sensitive areas below the waist. I was skeptical and tried it anyway. Sure, it is tingly (it is peppermint after all) but it does not burn, and it rinses clean so there is no residual effect.
The lip gloss is clear and is not thin and flimsy but has body to it. Yes it is sticky (but not unbearably so) and very shiny. The gloss smells just like the body wash.. a lively fresh peppermint. It tingles on the lips upon initial application but does not continue to do so after a minute or so. It stays on the lips quite well for a gloss. Nice by itself or on top of other lip products.
This set of two fun and festive products would make a nice gift for anyone as long as they dont mind (or actually like) the tingling that the peppermint creates.
Half of a lippie off for packaging because I do find the bottle hard to squeeze. Storing it upside down helps quite a bit, however, and the cap is leakproof, so it is not a big deal.
