Probably my fav body wash from the drugstore. I’ve repurchased it a few times. Does it smell as great as sol de Janeiro? no but it does the job & it’s 3 bucks

I liked this cleanser much more than the Heavenly Vanilla. The scent is pleasant but subtle and it did not dry out my skin but I did not find it particularly moisturizing. My skin felt soft and clean after using it. I probably won’t repurchase because there are other products I enjoy more but it’s a solid body wash.

I just can’t get over the scent. I want a perfume that smells exactly like this. So goooooood! My husband loves the scent too.

The pretty packaging of these new Softsoap Luminous OIls body washes caught my eye. I purchased this one and the Avocado & Iris bath gel also. This has soft, powdery perfume scent. It does not smell like peony to me. The peony scents I really like are from L’Occitane Pivione and Yves Rocher’s discontinued Pivione fragrance. The lather is nice and glides over the skin. This leaves my skin feeling clean and does not dry out or irritate my skin. Overall, I think this is an excellent drugstore bath gel that rivals high end bath washes. I am just not a fan of powdery perfume scents so would not repurchase this Peony bath gel again.
