This is a great product from Crab tree and Evelyn, so good that I have decided to write a review here lol.
I have seen this body wash in the stores a lot of times but I usually overlook it as I thought the scent was too overpowering compared to Crab tree’s other products which have a more flowery and sweet scent.
However, I surprised myself by purchasing a bottle of it to try after I changed my mind about the scent. The scent now to me, was relaxing, fresh and herbal. It does not smell synthetic.
After one use, I was very impressed, the texture of the body wash is actually quite thick, like a gel but when mixed with water, it really lathers up easily and has a lot of bubbles, which make showering really enjoyable and luxurious. After rinsing, the scent is not overpowering and you feel really fresh. The skin is much smoother, calmer and soft! I love it. It is a good product to use in the morning as it energizes you.
I would love to try out the body lotion too as I heard from the sales assistant that it is also very nourishing for the skin and the jojoba oil line is one of the best-seller in the stores.
I hope they don’t stop making this product.

Update: I don’t know if they changed the product or if it is me; however, I do not like this product anymore. I do not like the scent anymore and it does not lather like it used to.
The Jojoba Body Wash smells better than any other BW I have ever used and, I’ve just about all of them. It is luxurious – makes me feel as if I am on vacation at a swanky spa. It is moisturizing but it is not greasy and does not leave any residue.
The downside – the price, of course. I cannot afford to use it every day, not even every month. I think it is around $18.00 for 8 ounces and, because I like to use generous amounts of BW, it barely lasts me a week.
But, it sure is yummy and I highly recommend!

I love the jojoba line. The scent is so hard to describe, but I have been in love with this scent for years. The body wash will not dry your skin out, although I have never noticed that it was actually moisturizing. I recommend this product to anyone that enjoys bath products that are not overly feminine or synthetic smelling.

I remember this from back in the day, when this was turquoise and the bottle had an art nouveau-type label. I’m such a product whore, thus there’s been many nice body washes in between, but I always take comfort that this one will always be on the shelf. Truth be told, I kinda miss that old label because it went so well with C&E’s old English style–and I sort of liked the Laura Ashley pedigree tone of their stores. But anyway, even though they updated the packaging so it’s sleeker and more modern (and okay, it’s nice that there’s no paper label that’ll get all gross in the shower), the scent is the same (smells like fresh sea spray) and it still leaves my skin baby-soft. My one disappointment is that they don’t make it in a room spray so that my whole house could smell like it. An oldie but goodie.

Not really rich lathering, it’s depend on how oily is your body skin. Definately moisturizing and conditioning because sometime i didn’t apply body lotion after bath but my skin wouldn’t feel dryness. But it’s also expensive enough, cost me RM 68 for 250ml.

The best thing about Crabtree & Evelyn’s Jojoba line is simply its beautiful, luxurious scent. The body wash is quite expensive at SG$28, but I got this free during one of C&E’s promotions.
I found the body wash to be a little drying but I will gladly overlook that thanks to its wonderful scent. 🙂 Will buy again when C&E has more promotions!

Very expensive over here in Singapore, but got to try it out from a wonderful swapper! Beautiful soothing subtle scent, nothing flowery or fruity about it, perfect as a shower gel…simply love it. The scent doesn’t have much staying power, but then again nothing does on my skin! Great packaging, the cap doesn’t wear off unlike my other shower gels…a luxurious experience. Doesn’t lather too much or too little either. I’ll be saving up to buy it again when my current supply runs out, because I think it’s worth every cent.

This shower gel smells a little like ginger and it is SO MOISTURIZING!!! I love it a lot!!!
