I like Dove’s body washes, so I thought I’d give this one a try. I like its formula, but the scent wasn’t my favorite. Not a bad scent by any means, but not what I personally like. For some reason the first smell I encounter is very much like licorice, and it’s really only for a second. Then it’s a very fresh Jasmine scent, which is nice, but I’ve realized I just don’t enjoying showering with it. It’s not very powerful, and I like mine to be strong so the scent fills up the shower while I use it. This didn’t do that for me, but that doesn’t make it a bad product. The fragrance on my skin after a shower was barely there and disappeared pretty quickly. It lathers up nicely and it leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. I wouldn’t buy this scent again, but would try others of the same formula. It’s a nice shower gel overall, especially if you like Jasmine.
