This has been one of my most B&W fragrances for years and when Les Wexner decided to remove it from the line up, it ticked me off. I’m happy to have found more of it on-line and can buy it at my convenience. I absolutely love the warm and fresh citrus smell of this gel because of it’s clean and crisp tones. I highly recommend this shower gel.

Black Raspberry Vanilla is just sweet enough, just tart enough, and full-bodied without being overpowering.
I don’t really smell vanilla at all in this product, which is okay, since I generally don’t like vanilla fragrances.
Black Raspberry Vanilla mostly smells like pungent ripe berries, making it a lovely choice for any time of year. I prefer this scent to Bath & Body Works’ Sun-ripened Raspberry, which smells good, but can be a little on the cloying side.
Black Raspberry Vanilla is perfection!
The gel leaves my skin clean, soft but not slippery, and scented.
I don’t plan to ever be without this one!

I love this scent, as it is divine! It lathers up nicely and it layers well with other scents. It’s not cheap, but it’s not too expensive either, it’s just normal Bath n’ Body works pricing. I’ll definitely be buying this again.

The back raspberry vanilla shower gel (& shower cream) has such a fun scent that smells very true to real raspberries. The lather builds up very quickly and the bottle lasts a very long time which I’m pretty pleased about. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the BBW packaging (for all products in general) it’s a little too generic for my taste and doesn’t seem sophisticated enough for the prices of Bath & Body Works products now, but the quality of the black raspberry vanilla shower gel is well worth the money.

It’s so much fun, this fragrance. As a shower gel, it’s a great pick-me-up every morning. The sweet fruity-vanilla combination is young, fresh, and delightful – definitely not a sophisticate’s fragrance, but rather, a fun and happy, carefree scent. This fragrance doesn’t look to entice anyone – it’s just young and innocently yummy. I couldn’t wear this as a lotion or a scent for all day, but it makes my shower a joy.

My dad put this in my stocking for Christmas along w/ the body cream of the same scent. I find that this does not produce enough lather. I am very meticulous when I shower–I usually start at the top of my body and massage the body pouf in circles all over body, rinse off and do it again. This just makes wimpy lather. But I love the scent and it relaxes me at the end of the day, which is awesome.

I loved how this smelled in the store so I bought it. A couple of days later I smelled it again and I was like… what the hell was I thinking? It smelled nothing like I wanted it to smell.
But I’ve been using it… trying to use up the bottle… and it’s slowly growing on me :). It’s not a bad smell… but something’s off to me. I guess I expected it to smell more like another shower gel I used in the past that I can’t find anymore.
I find that in general, B&BW products smell cheap and synthetic to me. I never managed to like any of their stuff.

This is a fun scent. Since the scent doesn’t linger, I like using this in the shower, just to have that nice smell while I’m showering. I’m not sure I would want to smell like raspberries all day long, but as a temporary smell while getting ready in the morning, it’s good. I do like this formula better than the prior raspberry which didn’t have the vanilla smell mixed with it. The vanilla keeps it from having a bitter smell. I might buy it again.

Yes, I love smelling like Raspberry Kool Aid. Really. No, not a big fan of this one at all. I tried to like it but when I sniffed it, I swore I got flashbacks of my mom saying “If you drink the last glass of Kool-Aid, you have to make a new batch!” Once I got past the raspberry scent, the cheap pung of vanilla came at me then scattered off. And it’s not a bad scent at all it’s just way too KOOL-AID/cheap vanilla for me. Some women/girls like smelling like that. When a guy sniffs me, I prefer not to smell like I’ve been sucking on Jolly Ranchers all day.
Thank goodness it was a gift. I will pass it on to my friend as a b-day present.

this is one of my favorites. i don’t like vanilla scent in anything on its own but it works very well when mixed with the the raspberry in this one. it really makes a nice combination. i will keep myself supplied !!
