Very nice body wash. Lather up well, rinses clean and isn’t as drying as others I have used. I find many washes to be either too moisturizing and I don’t feel clean or too drying, this one is great. Scent is okay. Would repurchase.

I can only assume from the other reviews on here that I must have gotten a bad bottle of this because my experiences are as far removed as it’s possible to be!
Although it was great in terms of being a shower gel that lathered up nicely and didn’t dry out my skin, the scent was absolutely awful! In the bottle it definitely did smell of almonds, but once I applied it to my shower scrunchie and started to lather it up the scent completely changed to something very chemically smelling. It kind of put me in mind of burnt/melted plastic with undertones of off milk. Not nice! Needless to say I didn’t finish it and it’s since been relegated to the trash.
Judging by the TBS website I think this may have been discontinued, which given my experience isn’t a bad thing. TBS do much nicer scented shower gels, which are still soap free and cost around the same (£8) but won’t leave you with the lingering scent of a chemicals lab.

I use this specifically for my face. Love how moisturising it is! I have dry & sensitive skin which means if I used something that isn’t right, my whole face especially my chin will peel. This shower gel is so moisturising that I feel so nice and comfortable using it… Don’t get that stripping feel.
This one is perfect. I have almost perfect skin now (the kind that doesn’t need much foundation, like K-pop star…. I know~~~ it’s like a miracle), and I do believe it is also largely due to the moisturising face wash and a good moisturiser. Because, that’s really all I use.
Believe me, I did not have such good skin before, which is why I’m somewhat a top reviewer (with way more product reviews than average) here.
By figuring out my skin type (which also changes with age), and minimising the skincare, it all came together.

This is a mildly scented shower gel which lathered really well and is a pleasure to use. You can get great deals on this on the Body Shop website so it works out quite cheap to buy.
DH uses this too as it is quite a unisex fragrance as not floral or girly at all.
I only gave this a 4 as I would have preferred the scent to be stronger, but overall this is great and I would definitely buy this again.

Almond is one of my favourite smells. This might be my favourite body shop shower gel. Al body shop shower gels are great. They smell great, clean great and don’t make your skin dry.

This seems to be on clearance here in South Africa, as it’s consistently marked way down. We’ve stocked up, as it’s wonderfully sweet, like bathing in marzipan. And somehow refreshing, too! VERY nice.

The entire Body Shop Almond line is my fave in the whole wide world. The shower gel alone gives me such a nice, tingling feeling. I love it! Perfect consistency. I just wish these came in bigger bottles, so that I don’t have to repurchase all the time. Would buy this again and again!

Awesome shower gel with a very true almond scent. This reminds me of pure almond essence, which conjures up images of vanilla and cake and all things yummy…mmmm. Although this will never compare to L’Occitane’s Almond Shower Oil for both luxury factor and superb moisturizing properties, this is a very affordable good-quality alternative. I really enjoyed using this in the shower and wouldn’t mind repurchasing if (god forbid!) one day I cannot afford to purchase L’Occitane’s almond shower oil anymore. Also, be wary of the packaging: I cut my thumb open TWICE (in the exact same spot, arrgghh!) on the cap. Oh well. I’ve never had much appreciation for TBS’ packaging anyway.
