I think CLEAN Warm Cotton smells wonderful, and I typically gravitate towards these types of fragrances. I like Pure Grace and Amazing Grace by philosophy, Derek Lam’s Silent St., Estee Lauder White Linen, and Calvin Klein Eternity. All of these fragrances, IMO, are of the same genre. My only disappointment with Warm Cotton is the lack of staying power on my skin for some reason. All of the others I mentioned last all day into the evening, while Warm Cotton seems to disappear minutes after applying. My husband told me I didn’t put enough on; but I sprayed it on the backs of my knees, my ankles, the small of my back, my abdomen, my shoulders, and my inner elbows. I feel like I took a shower in this stuff, and yet I can’t detect anything. Maybe I got a bad batch? When I tested it on my forearm in Sephora, the fragrance lasted into the evening. (One spritz on one body part… LOL!) Now I purchased it and spray it all over, and I detect nada every time I use it. Very disappointing. I read many reviews here that stated this fragrance was too strong, and yet- I can’t smell it on me at all! If something changes and the fragrance suddenly takes on life, I will most definitely repurchase. But as it is now… I wouldn’t waste my money on another bottle. 🙁

I don’t get the hate on this fragrance. Yes, it smells like cheap laundry detergent. That’s the idea.

Such a beautiful, comforting fragrance. Like when I was a kid and my mom would wrap me in a warm towel right out of the dryer. That’s what this reminds me of. A summer field in the sunshine comes to mind too. Straight up cotton, fresh laundry. I feel like a better version of myself when I put this on. I have a little rollerball I got in a trio last year that’s still going strong.

Hm. I don’t find the sillage nearly as strong as many others here do. I find it wears close to me, which for me is good because most fragrances with lots of sillage give me a headache to hell wouldn’t have it. Anyway, this is my favorite of the Clean fragrances. It really does smell like nice clean laundry – someone should make dryer sheets that smell like this!!! It’s warm, soft but not powdery, and just… nice. 🙂 I can see me wearing this year round. It’s just a cozy, comforting “gives-me-nice-memories-and-thoughts” scent, tho I really don’t know why it does. It just does, and you know what? I don’t need to understand why – it’s enough that it does. 🙂

If your dating life sucks buy clean warm cotton.
Let me tell you a story. I’m in the post office mind you the line was really long. A guy comes in line behind me. ( I’m not dressed to impress and I was wearing loose clothing) So he just says out the blue “what are you wearing it smells great”. Then he says” I want that scent around me all the time”. Of course there’s more to the story but he passed me his number ( I never called because I’m a bit of a square) It did feel nice to be noticed without trying to be noticed. Each and every time I wear it a guy compliments me.
Disclaimer I use the lotion more than the perfume the spray

I receive tons of compliments wearing clean warm cotton . I would suggest buying the lotion over the fragrance . The lotion smells great and is not as offensive. (Some people have allergies to perfume or fragrences)

I’d heard the hype about this scent, and now that I’ve enjoyed this fragrance for months, I understand why. To me, Warm Cotton smells like lemon-scented, freshly laundered towels. It smells fresh-from-the-dryer clean, IMO. This fragrance warms up quite nicely with the heat of one’s body and melds with the natural scent of one’s skin. This is definitely light enough for the warmer months of the year, but it can be suitably used year-round. It’s unique and light, perfect for those who prefer to wear scents that aren’t super strong.

Yes this is an exact Laundry/dryer sheets smell.
Normally I would LOVE it and the smell from the nozzle is to die for.
BUT it’s way too strong unfortunately. Even one spritz is suffocating.
The Sillage is huge, but it tones down after one hour.
Im still trying to figure out a way to wear it without feeling overwhelmed.
I tried spritzing it on the back of my neck, which is the best option for now (but only one spritz !!)
I would like to dilute it with water and to create a body spray but I’m not sure whether this will work.
I have the 100 ml deluxe edition. Can you imagine how long this will last me ??

This smells exactly like a dryer sheet. Exactly. Really clean and soapy, like a laundry room. Not for me.
My boyfriend’s reaction to me wearing it: “Did you bathe in Tide?!” So, not sexy ladies!

It really does smell like warm cotton. But I would never spritz this on my clothing before going out. I don’t want to smell like dryer sheets. Although I did spritz this on my bed sheets to give my room a squeaky clean smell.
