Coach EDP comes out pretty strong in the beginning. I think it might be the raspberry leaf gives it a kind of fruit tea scent that becomes very sweet and intense with a boost from the pink pepper. For me, it took about an hour for the initial top notes to subside. It did settle down to a powdery scent that was rather subtle and lingering maybe from the musk or sandlewood. The rose was not very pronounced imo. This fragrance was pretty long lasting on me staying close to my skin. So I could see where it would not be overbearing in the workplace environment. It’s not a bad fragrance, I just don’t think I’ll be using it that often.

a very musky/rose scented perfume. It does smell of raspberry at first, but it is the rose scent that sticks around the longest. The longer you wear it, the more musky it becomes, with the suede, musk and sandalwood base notes sinking in. i like that its not got that fake sweet smell to it, like a lot of sweet scented perfumes tend to right now, like celebrity perfumes for example. and coach also becomes musky and very elegant and sensual whilst sinking into your skin, not just evaporating away like cheaper perfumes tend to do. A beautiful elegant bottle too. Love the open close function on the bottle head.

Sweet and rosy. Excellent lasting power. I used this to the very last drop in the bottle and absolutely loved it.

I tried this in store and HAD to have it. It’s very sweet and floral with a touch of powder. It’s extremely feminine but I could see how it would wear on other people. It dissipates well and it really varies depending on your chemistry. On me it’s extremely sweet. I like it. I think it doesn’t last long enough for the price charged. But I get a ton of compliments on it from complete strangers. They say it smells glamorous and some friends said it struck them as smelling affluent.

Not my favorite fragrance….i received this as a gift, so I am trying to appreciate this one. It reminds me of a mature feminine perfume, and one that I’ve smelled SOMEWHERE else before…can’t place it?!?! I also feel like the bottle is a little difficult to spray. I wore this side by side with Nina Ricco’s LaExtase…it is very similar, especially top and middle notes. Coach has a more sharp general floral scent, whereas Extase is has a distinct rose floral. Overall, my preferred fragrances lean toward musks, teas, and orientals, and even some gourmands…rarely a floral compels me to buy a full bottle. This one is no different. Not a fan (sorry, Coach!).

This fragrance has become one of my favorite scents. It is not loud or offensive in any way and I can wear it without feeling I am bothering people with allergies. I love the bottle and the lock on the top. It is a soft very ladylike scent that must have been designed for me. It last a long time on myself and if I get it on my clothes, it last forever. I hope they never discontinue this fragrance and I am getting a backup just in case. Love it!

I, too, sampled this from a paper-insert from Ulta. It was just OK – I do get a floral top note and a peppery heart. Not a great scent for me but not awful. I am not in love with it enough to buy a bottle. (I also sampled Miss Dior and like that much more – I tend to like fruity florals).
Nice packaging and a gorgeous ad campaign but not enough to make me spend money on this.

I am obsessed with this fragrance. I tried it from a magazine sample. (who actually does that?) Was pleasantly surprised so I went to Ulta to actually try it. LOVE! Doesn’t give me a migraine like so many fragrances do. Very memorable scent.

Real pretty scent, it starts off fruity, and light, it is for me a rose scent, the rose blooms in the heart and it really is very much the dominant note of the fragrance .. the suede comes into play a bit later, to give it a warmer undertone, the scent isn’t heady, and longevity is a average, still it is pleasant to wear, feminine, pretty, good quality scent…Coach is a solid brand, nice scents, stylish ..I like this a lot!!
