Please CK bring this fragrance back. I know I’m adding to a d/c review but its in the hope that anyone that reads this and knows of something similar they will send me a message. Please. I need this in my life.
If I could only wear one perfume for the rest of my life this would be it. On my skin it does amazing things, never fails to get compliments from people and I spend the whole day catching subtle whiffs of it and loving it. Most of the fragrances I wear are floral and this is the exception. I don’t love it when its sprayed on a card but after wearing it for a few moments… wow.

In an attempt to replace it when I ran out I tried Obsession (its not the same and doesn’t suit me), Shalimar Eau Legere (lovely fragrance but not the same and long d.c too) and then I gave up and bought multiple bottles from an online etailer and will just hope that CK brings this back sometime.

i’ve been thinking about buying it for couple years at least:-)- i would come to the store, sniff it, love it, then doubt, then leave.
anyway, since i am VERY picky when it comes to perfumes, and this scent is practically impossible to buy anymore, i thought i should give it a try, since i still prefer it over many other scents.
it’s different, it’s soft, it’s warm, it’s sexy, so i would say you will be comfortable wearing either day or night. the only thing that i am not particularly fond of, is the drydown which is very musky and sweet on me (not every time though). Overall, i think when the chemistry bw my skin and the perfume works best, i LOVE it. Would definitely repurchase

I am so sad this was discontinued, but I still have 1 bottle left and it makes me happy. It smells sheer and powdery not like the original which is too strong and musky for me.

To say my confidence waned is an understatement. It’s dark like I am trying to hide from the world I live in. I started wearing it after a cat ran into it.
But I honestly was afraid I would have to walk out on the doorstep because of it. I had no idea where I was. I needed my Blackbird Bow but no one would carry it. So I bought two bottles to replace the one I had. After all, a powdered powder fragrance cannot cover up any scarring.
It was awesome. This is one of the most unique furs in the world and might make you rethink your yard purchase. It’s like putting the pink librarian on your dog. To all those who thought I was putting her in a pickle without knowing what color it is (which it is), it is as valid a statement as any other. I think it’s been what blackwood and cougars need to survive but they will for very, very long. I’m one who is afraid of unknown and in fact… never have felt afraid. Very rare.
If you like the Blackbird Bow you’ll love this scent but if you don’t, for me it was boring. It comes right out of the box and smells like a place I would never want to go. I’m hesitant to take a vacation because it might end my love of blackwood for another day.
This is about 25 years old so it’s not like I have any limitations to this one. There’s many different colorways to choose from so all of the colours are really appealing.
I really like my Cape and Duke Lancashire powder instead of their bright blue version which is just not true blackwood with a medium intensity in it. This is a real statement of what all furs have been and I was thrilled to use these three furs on my hybrid 2017 Lamborghini.
Love my cats (and my commute time!).

I bought this yesterday, because I wanted something a little less heavy than I usually get, and less spicy. I love spicy- exotic scents usually, so this time, I wanted to get something a little different. I used to wear the original, this version is similar, but not the same. It’s okay I guess, but nothing exciting. I’m getting played out with fragrances lately, nothing knocks my socks off anymore. Most of the new fragrances are too fruity, flowery or candyish, don’t like that. So I pretty much stay with the older fragrances, but like I said, I’m getting bored with most of the scents out there. Guess I’ve tried too many. Alot of my old favorites, have been “tweaked” and do not smell the same as they once did, so after awhile…who cares?

True to its name it is a much lighter version of the original Obsession. I have received numerous compliments whilst wearing it. I like the original but always found it headache inducing. If you like the original you will love this it is just much sheerer.. When I purchased this it was on sale for a great bargain, so keep an eye out as you can get it dirt cheap !

Of course it’s being discontinued, because I like it! Not my HG scent, but I do like it alot. If you like Obsession, you will like the sheer. Smells just like it, only lighter. A patient in my office was wearing it as I was walking by and it smelled so beautiful. I had to stop and ask what she was wearing, and it was Obsession Sheer. I always thought the Obsession fragrance was a bit incensy??? And for some reason I get orange peel from it too. I think Obsession is unique.
