To me the strongest notes of raspberry and praline are very reminiscent of chocolate covered strawberries. These long scent notes accompanied by creamy liquor [smells like Baileys to me :)] and powdered florals – I get the peony and rose, maybe magnolia? I don’t pick up on any major changes between the heart and base of the perfume, except some musk as the fragrance begins to dry down.
The chocolate dipped fruit, booze and romantic flowers definitely gives me a mental picture, that makes Scandalous live up to it’s name and inspiration [increasing pulse and heart rate as a date-night heats up].
Official scent notes; Raspberry liquor, black peony and sweet pralines.
Scandalous has become one of my favourite cold-weather perfumes as its warming and cozy, although I wear it in warmer weather too – just not as often as I reach for it over the autumn and winter months. A ‘come closer’ scent.
The only downside for me is the longevity; it lasts 4 to 5 hours on me, which is disappointing. It hasn’t put me off recommending Scandalous, but is does lessen my enjoyment of it a bit.

I was interested in smelling this fragrance since I heard it has a berry note. I found the fragrance very weak, even after three sprays. I also felt that the berry note definitely got lost in the background and somehow smelled like the other Victoria’s Secret scents. I will not purchase.

VS Scandalous is raspberry liqueur, vanilla, praline, and a hint of woods. Sweet, subtle, cozy. Ideal for cold winter weather. The sprayer is tricky and has a lock feature. When the gold top is down next to the bottle, it’s locked. It’s locked when you first take it out of the box. A slight twist raises the gold top about 1/8″, then it’s ready to spray. The entire gold top does come completely off for decanting or moving the juice to a different bottle. I found all that out when I couldn’t get the sprayer of a new bottle to function and had to take it back to the store for more info. A small slip of paper with instructions included in the box, or printed on the back of the box, could be useful.

I am a VS junkie and definitely a perfume junkie. I just wasn’t feeling this scent. Nothing about it stood out to me and didn’t have people asking what I was wearing like other VS fragrances I normally wear.

My review is for the fragrance mist!!
This is super light and IMO perfect for hot summer days!!!
The raspberry, praline & peony are super subtle but make a great scent together but nothing alone stands out.
Sillage is soft and longevity gets a weak vote from me…still great for the summer months and if you don’t mind reapplying.

This is a very nice scent! I get a lot of berry off of this w a creaminess & a bit of musk that isn’t really groundbreaking or new but is still beautiful nonetheless. I got this in the full sized body mist w the Semi Annual Sale which is the best time to shop for VS’s beauty stuff other than Xmas. I got 4 lotions, this full sized body spray, & a rollerball EDP for ~$80 which included shipping. This body spray packaging is a straight spray bottle which is much better than the perfume’s fancier non utilitarian packaging. It’s not fancy but it gets the job done well. I’m so glad I got this packaging rather than the perfume I mean pay more for the same scent & get crappy packaging um, no! This is not watered down nor diluted for being a body mist which is why I don’t often buy EDPs from VS coz I find the body mists to be plenty heavily scented, are less $$$, & u get a bigger bottle. Win-win!! I would describe this as a blackberry vanilla. Delightful!!

From my experience with Scandalous, this is definitely one of my boyfriend’s faves; he loves how it’s sweet but also has a baseline sexiness that’s all about the gourmand notes in the perfume. This is usually my go-to date night fragrance, and just to give an idea of what I like in a fragrance I usually wear Loverdose in the winter, Loverdose Tattoo in the Spring/Summer. This one is definitely one of my holy grail perfumes however and at such a good price it’s one I’ll keep in my collection; hopefully it’s never discontinued! It’s one I would recommend trying on your skin however as on some people it can be really screechy, on my skin however it is mellow warm blackberry with a sexy thread of praline and gardenia; love it!

Scandalous is a black jelly polish packed with various sizes of fuschia hex glitters. I found this polish to be sheer and uneven to apply but it looked acceptable with three thick coats. It dries to a bit of a dull and slightly textured finish which needed two layers of top coat to become shiny enough for my taste. I wore this with Revlon Colorstay gel base coat and I had zero chips even after a week, but I don’t know how well it would last with a different base. Overall, though, I really love the way it looks and will probably be wearing it often.

This color does resemble grape jelly. With glitter in it. It dries to a rough, bumpy texture. …and this makes for easy chip offs and such. It is difficult to apply and is streaky and can be tedious to even out on your own without applying a thick amount. I would recommend a top coat…and at least 2 coats of the Polish itself. I tend to love Revlon nail polishes but this one I will use now and then and never again. Lol–the name is quite entertaining: “Scandalous”

I bought this over Christmas because I thought it was a really awesome color. I only just used it this past Wednesday (it is now Sunday) and now if you take all that is left on my nails it may cover 1 nail.
I put it on Wednesday night. The next day it was already starting to chip. Friday morning half a nail came off just from washing my hair. I used a base coat, 2 coats of the polish and 1 top coat. I then swiped on the edges some ChipSkip.
I am not sure whether it is because it is a glitter polish or what but I feel that I purchased a cheap brand rather than Revlon.
I currently am unemployed so I do not do all that much that could cause it to come off.

I’ve been on the lookout for this polish for months but everywhere around me has not had it in stock! Boots finally had three left, so I picked up all three…
This is a purple hex glitter in a black jelly base, with Revlon’s typical thin brush. I personally love the brush – I have really unsteady hands so having a thin brush minimises finger painting and I find it really easy to control and manipulate this product.
The product itself is a streaky purpley colour with the first coat, but with two coats it is completely opaque and the black is strong with the purple hexes really really popping! It dries with a rough texture so I used three coats of Revlon Quick Drying top coat and so they are now smooth and shiney. The consistency itself is great and I find it very easy to apply.
Very happy bunny 😀

This is fine & hex fuschia glitter in an eggplant base. It gives the look of a “jelly sandwich” mani in only two coats. The formula is smooth but it chipped in two days. Got it at Wag’s on sale for $1.99 after the Register Rewards.

Definitely a dupe for Deborah Lippmann’s “Bad Romance.” It’s a jelly black with different sizes of fuchsia glitter in it. It takes about 3 coats to become opaque, but it could also be used as a top coat for a black polish. It applies smoothly and dries quickly.
Edit: I was only wearing this polish for a couple hours before it started to chip. I didn’t use a top coat, but maybe that would help prevent that. Also, some of the glitter began to turn silver for some reason.

Scandalous is one of the glitter polishes Revlon came out with, and it’s a love of mine. A translucent black base with medium-sized hex and fine glitter in a magenta-purple color. I generally use this over black Wet n Wild for a black and purple look or Reggae to Riches by China Glaze for a rich purple tone. One layer gives plenty glitter, but two layers is ideal.
Revlon nail polishes are my favorite in durability, hands down. The color selection is great, the application and dry time are awesome and I can abuse my nails with or without Seche Vite on top without chipping. This is amazing to me.

I first smelled this perfume in London’s victoria secret, I think it is their most “stand out” perfume, when I first smelled it my first thought was “wow”. Much better than their other more generic scents and body sprays.
The bottle is very high quality, the spray also is very well made, i think the atomiser could have been nicer but it is still lovely.
First thing is first this is a sweet, fruity, creamy, gourmand perfume. The raspberry is sweet yet crisp enough to stop this from being cloyingly sweet, the liqueur is very subtle but gives it nice depth, the praline is just the warm heavenliness. Silliage is amazing, one spray and you’ve have those around you dying to know what you just sprayed.
I rate this 5/5, one of my holy grail perfumes.
Suits both winter and summer, night and day, it is a sexy perfume.

The scent of this perfume isn’t too unique. To me, it smells so much like the Love Spell body spray by VS. But I can’t complain, I love the scent. It has a very light feminine smell to it, it’s not overwhelmingly strong like a lot of high end perfumes. And I like that.

I’m really just reviewing the scent, as I would never buy the pump except if I was rich and had nothing else to do with 55 dollars, or someone specifically requested it and paid me to get it or I wanted to get them this as a gift.
Excelllent scent, I bought the mini-mist AND the roll-on tube, which was expensive but I knew I needed the scent. Great gift, I should think. I suppose it is not “scandalous”, but I would love to go on a date smelling like this rather than the regular fruity Fantasies line. I would love a fellow to catch me smelling like this, certainly! Will definitely be buying again, a slightly more mature scent, a step up from the high-school days where girls would smell like marshmallows and dreams. Buy it, you’ll like it!
