It smells like pot pourri rose for a start, a bit old fashioned for me. Then after an hour the rose wears off and it turns into a bubble gum scented floral. I like this part alot. A bit like hubba bubba chewing gum or scented erasers. Softer and not as long lasting as the original.

This takes the beauty of the Mon Guerlain EDT and amps it up a bit with rose and neroli, creating a bright, fresh, gorgeous Spring scent that radiates happiness. If you found the EDP version of Mon Guerlain just a bit too heavy, too powdery, or too sweet, then I suggest you try the EDT version AND Bloom of Rose—they are both fresher interpretations of the fragrance while keeping true to the idea of an almost gourmand vanilla lavender heart. This one is quite a bit lighter so I don’t expect a ton of longevity from it—I see a lot of reviewers calling this a shy rose, and that is an apt description. It’s more of a rosewater or rose bud fragrance, I can see this being a hit with Spring and Summer brides, to be honest. Not generic by any means, but unassuming and overall pleasant in nature. Definitely full bottle worthy.
