I don’t know what the deal is with this perfume, it’s so far removed from my usual scents it’s barely in the same galaxy, but it’s one of those perfumes that just smells incredible on me.
I don’t like vanilla. I hate sweet fragrances. Guerlain Mon smells like a sickly Yankee candle on me, but Guerlain Mon Florale smells heavenly. The peony and lavender really jump out and the vanilla just holds it together in the background, not nearly as overpowering as the original.
It has incredible staying power, but really that’s to be expected at this price point. I’m glad I took a chance on this.
