Miss Boucheron is a pleasant enough floral scent with enough fruity accents to stake a claim at being modern and of the moment. I don’t find it compelling, it doesn’t possess sufficient oomph to make me want it as a high end scent . ( I blind bought a mini edp) . Had it been available to test locally I doubt I’d have bought it at all. This might be interesting to me if it had been a body mist /shampoo /lotion/ candle or room spray , but it seems to be at some juncture between clean musk,florals and sweet fruit that doesn’t quite get to “my ” zone . The perfume and I are sticking to the polite acquaintances after three or more separate meetings so it seems highly unlikely that we will be bffs any time in the near future.My mini will be resold or swapped soon.

had this for 2 years amazing scent like candy and flowers. Like a flower girl was showered with candy canes 🙂

The pink round bottle is quite ugly, I’ve never felt attracted to it and therefore haven’t tried the perfume until now, when I got a sample. Miss Boucheron smells good, it’s a good floral oriental perfume, but it’s boring. I’m a little disappointed though, I would expect something different and exciting from Boucheron. Will not buy this one, there are so many other exciting options out there.

A saleslady thrust a sample on me while I was passing through the cosmetic counters of a department store. I guess that’s why samples exist… it’s pretty young and girly, without smelling cheap. I also like the fact that it isn’t a popular perfume. I get compliments, and I know the person isn’t likely to smell it on someone else.
The bottle is pretty cheesy though.

I bought this unsniffed based on many great reviews and the cheap price it was selling for. Well, for me this is really blah. It’s not unpleasant because it doesn’t have enough presence or personality to evoke much feeling of anything in me. The opening reminded me of a half sucked boiled sweet – somewhat sticky with an overall impression of fruit flavouring and a certain ‘cheapness’ to it. After that I couldn’t detect much of anything except a faint drydown that reminded me of a much softer Deci Dela. Disappointing.

For the first almost hour, it was a sweet pink pepper. After that first hour it morphs into a subtly peppery spicy floral. Also the cedar comes into play and adds a certain spicy tang, hard to describe but a lovely unique fragrance.

Got this as a sample and loved it and then got the eau de parfum, maybe the eau de toilette is nicer? The eau de parfum is too sweet and the lingering notes on me remind me of baby powder, which isn’t the sexy scent I was going for :S
However coming from the tropics and now living in a temperate climate, I think heat and moisture affect the smell as well, because I wore in it in the Caribbean and I smelt luscious, while here in the UK I just smell kind of old-ladyish :/

Read all the reviews here on MUA and sure enough on my last trip to the mall, went in to catch a whiff of Miss Boucheron.
Miss Boucheron is Beautiful. Classy, sophisticated, mystifying, not over stated and with just the right amount of subtlety to get her noticed.
Only drawback is that DH thinks that the top notes contain a bit too much pink pepper but that will not stop my love affair with Miss B.
She’s a fixture on my dresser presently and will remain so till…..

I’ve been trying to learn about perfume more lately, as I really like certain scents but know next to nothing about the composition of perfume, nor what makes a good one. I bought a sample of Miss Boucheron from ebay after reading the reviews of it here at MUA. When I first smelled this perfume from the bottle it seemed to resemble some kind of household cleaner and I was hesitant to try it out. However, when I did eventually use Miss Boucheron, I found that the initial scent dried down to something much softer and more powdery. It’s a really subtle scent; quite nice, but not extraordinary. My boyfriend likes it – he said it smelled ‘womanly’. On the other hand, Miss Boucheron doesn’t last long and it’s a little expensive. I might buy it again when I finish my sample, but I want to explore a variety of perfumes first! It’s going to be fun.

Apparently this fragrance really goes with my body chemistry. I like my Dior Pure Poison better, but i definitely get a lot more compliments on this one. I would describe it as a very classy fruity fragrance. It is super expenisve, but with all the compliments I get I would repurchase.
