It’s not more intense than the original but I guess they couldn’t call it La vie est belle nutty. The hazelnut is very obvious to me. I only started to notice the tuberose after half a dozen wears. I find this version less dry and coco mademoiselle-like than the original. Sweeter and a touch softer.
The sillage is amazing. I quite like smelling my own fragrance wafting around me as I walk down the street. Not sure what passers by think.
This reminds me of the 80s heavy hitters.
