I find this one to be a very generic floral. I keep seeing it on clearance tables, and the bottle is sort of pretty but the scent isn’t nice or special enough to make me want to buy it. It’s fresh and greenish-floral but that’s all I can say about it. No sale.

I personally love this scent, but preferences for scent is such a subjective thing. But for me this is a very clean refreshing scent that I love, and I am a person that does not tolerate fragrances well as most give me a headache or make me nauseous! The only drawback is that this Jewel eau de parfum has very weak staying power. It seems to disappear entirely within 20 minutes.

Jewel was the first fragrance that I almost used up all the way through. I have so many different fragrances and none of the bottles have even been used up halfway. I found the staying power of Jewel just right for me–it lasts a while then fades nicely.

Well, I found (and bought) another fragrance that reminded me of this one. It’s Juicy Couture EDP. When I smelled JC edp at the counter, it smelled like it had notes of fresh tuberose and coconut. When I bought the bottle and sprayed on the fragrance, it smelled just like Jewel.

I’m a bit disappointed, but not TOO disappointed because I remember loving Jewel when I did use it.
