I just sampled this in Walgreen’s. It reminds me of something Victoria’s Secret might sell… it’s sweet, kind of musky, and sexy. I can definitely smell the strawberry, peach, vanilla, and some kind of clean musk scent. It’s rather nice, but I don’t see myself using up an entire bottle (I get bored of scents pretty easily). I ended up opting for my standby PdC scent, Vanilla Fantasy, which I’ve been using for years. Although, I would probably buy the Fireworks spray if they offered it in a miniature sized bottle.
I do have to comment on the staying power… it’s a lot stronger than the other Parfums de Coeur scents I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a cheaper Victoria’s Secret alternative, try this, you’d probably like it. 🙂

I was browsing around Walgreens today and came across the display for these new “sexiest fantasies” body sprays/lotions. I have not worn body spray from this brand in a long time, but I’m not a snob for fragrances. After all, they say a true perfume lover will smell anything new at least once. They are something different, not the average body spray. They are made like a perfume, and say on the back that they are the longest lasting body sprays of the brand. I sprayed Fireworks on only after misting the air. It’s interesting.. I remember I could smell the strawberries and creamy vanilla, but there is something more. It’s not a basic fruity mess. There is depth. You know how most body sprays are linear? This isn’t.. it actually changed on my skin and developed. I bought 4 scents for Spring and Summer since I’m going on vacation and don’t want to take a big bottle of expensive perfume. Two I did not get to smell, but ordered them anyway. $6.99 isn’t so bad, and the special in store is you get a free lotion with any spray. Lasting power is incredible for body spray, hours later someone told me they could smell it. Keep in mind that the scent changes on skin, so it doesn’t stay in the strawberry/vanilla note, and the base comes up. If you love it in the start, it’s the base that stays with you. So test it first… Update: I have smelled more from this line, and they smell like popular perfumes. This one and va va voom are harder to tell… I don’t smell anything obviously a copy for them.
