This Eternity flanker actually starts smelling quite different from the original. It starts with a light, airy, slightly watery scent. It’s ozonic, fresh, and clean. After approximately half an hour of wear, it begins to shift, and you start to smell the original Eternity. Within an hour of wear, I was getting straight Eternity, with no discernible difference from the original- the warm, perfumey, and spicy scent of the original is very recognizable. So, if you like original Eternity, and would be interested in a springtime version with a lighter kick, then this would be a good choice for you. If you do not care for the original Eternity, you should steer clear. While I like the scent of the original Eternity, it wears very heavily on me, really too heavy at times. So, while I really liked the opening of this scent, within an hour it was hard for me to wear. Longevity is excellent.
